The hotel is quite good, but there is something to compare.
This hotel is located in the middle of the Kurortnoye village. Potatoes are being harvested around, roosters are crowing.
Mostly broken houses, as the bases are very old. It seems that you are in a comfortable cage... in general, in order:
1) The road right almost in front of the village is just really terrible. For 15 km you make your way through such pitfalls - that one car wags from one side to the other, just to drive through and not sink down or even worse, lose a wheel if you suddenly decide to accelerate to 10 km / h. So you need to allocate about an hour for this section, depending on the clearance of the car and love for your car) Yes, I was not mistaken)
In the village itself there is already an excellent road, it was repaired recently.
2) Rooms:
Cleaned up perfectly, no complaints at all. I don’t know when the repair was done, but a bunch of Vitek Rash equipment)

Refrigerator right next to your head - to sleep better at night) And this is in the room for 2 hryvnias. I just had to turn it off.
Water. I don’t know how the pressure is on the first floors - but on the 4th seams. Often in 1 minute, from cold to boiling water, the water changes - it is very dumb to wash a child. The administration pretended to do something, but it did not help.
I was surprised by the bed - furniture with some kind of decorative ledges - and not safe for knees and children.
There is a kettle and some tea/coffee bags.
A telly with a cartoon channel (there are others) which is very handy.
Room for 4. ONE room, and many beds. You look at each other in the ass, and fall asleep.
Layout - just tear it off and throw it away).
3) Railing. There are low railings throughout the hotel. It was scary to let a child out on the balcony or on the stairs alone. Low and with wide openings, where both the head of a small one and the body itself can crawl through... I would argue for $ 100 that the owners saved it.
4) Food - prices are moderate, for three you can leave 700 hryvnia for dinner and eat. On average, a meal for three is about 450 UAH. (well, if you order two servings of eggs and pancakes with meat).
Actually delicious, really. But be careful with prices - feel free to ask. Sometimes, for example, fresh juice with carrots and apples, about 150-200 grams for 85 UAH - somehow sad).
BUT, you have to wait a long time - waiting about 30-40 minutes). We ordered and went to wash. Just as we were descending, everything was already on the table.
5) Hike to the sea:
stairs - they write about it and warn. But few people imagine how to go up this ladder in the heat and up.
If you live on the upper floors - then + spans on the floors - there is no elevator).
And so you bought mattresses, circles - and with all this you rush to the sea). Or you leave it near the trash can on the beach, next to the guards.
The sea is excellent, and shallow on the shore, and if you walk a little, it is already deep.
There are a lot of algae on the shallow one, but it doesn't matter.
Dolphins even swam

There is a lot of free space on the beach. This is really cool - because there is no such feeling that you are in a jar of sprats.
6) Sun loungers: this is a separate issue)
In general, there are no problems with sunbeds, if not one BUT.
Half of the sun loungers in the morning - around 7-7:30 - are ALREADY taken. What is interesting - busy guards)
For 20 UAH. They will kindly borrow sunbeds for you, at least 4 in a row, in the shade)
And half of the beach - looks at these busy sunbeds - and then they write comments that oh, there are not enough sunbeds...
Yes, the guard is OBLIGED to find a sunbed for you, but not necessarily in the shade)
In general, this is a real puncture of the administration - since real people should occupy sunbeds, and not residents sleeping in their rooms.
It didn’t bother me, since I once encountered this, but I had umbrellas with me - and it was more pleasant to lie on the shore than in a common fund.
Umbrellas - no one will give them to you) Earlier there was a post that they would give out the type - but this did not happen.
7) Administration.
Everything is fine, but no one will deviate from the rules of the hotel.
We had to leave for health reasons. We left the room 4 days early. No one even called back and said that they were very sorry that such a thing happened. It seems that they were rubbing their hands - and now we will drive the room at half price and make more.
In general, in this hotel the feeling is “chopped off”. It’s good here - and then they cut it off once.
Here is a hotel, and right behind the fence - they are digging potatoes. There is little territory, everything is somehow scanty. Were somehow in the San Marino (Marine) hotel, there is a great area, and even a mini cinema, but the sea is not very good.
In this hotel, the sea is much better and the beach is great with plenty of free space.
The layout of the rooms is just awful, and the drops with water - you can earn a burn if you are inattentive.

The cost of the room, with such shortcomings, should be two times less. But the greed of the owners of the campaign will take its toll every year (I doubt that they will correct the pressure).
We will not visit this hotel again.
