I would like to leave a review about the restaurant "Old Gubernia", where I visited the wedding of relatives.
I myself have been working in the service industry for 8 years and I must say I have an idea of how it works.
The restaurant is located in a beautiful place, it is quite cozy, good cuisine.
But everyone forgets about this when you encounter the service personnel. Theft - that's the slogan of the staff "Old Province".
A lot of money was paid for the wedding, and instead of a chic holiday, we got theft at every step, there was a lot of food, the tables were breaking, but the food didn’t understand where it disappeared. During the holiday, the staff took away the dishes, I don’t understand why ? , the tables became empty, alcohol was constantly changing from full bottles on the floor to empty ones (I haven’t seen this anywhere yet). The food and alcohol that was left (there was a lot) had to be transferred to the car, but we saw 5% of the entire banquet.
I would very much like to convey these words to the restaurant management so that they draw the right conclusions and put things in order! In the meantime, visiting this institution, and especially holding banquets in it, I strongly do not recommend
