We rested in the summer courtyard in March 2009. Just a fairy tale, we were pleasantly surprised: the room cost 180 UAH, the room had air conditioning, a normally equipped shower room, a kettle, a refrigerator.
Naturally, there was a pleasant aftertaste and a desire to return.
Arrived now for 2 days. There were no "places" in the Summer Courtyard, they suggested Arzamas - they say, the same thing, only better: rooms with balconies and in general...
From the good: Great location, outside the window - a shady park. Balconies are really available, very spacious, with a plastic table and chairs. There is a kettle in the room. In principle, the room is in good repair.

Short description. A long corridor, on the sides of the door - obviously, a former Soviet boarding house. The rooms are renovated, but the doors and windows are ugly - an atavism of the Soviet era. Apparently, they saved a lot of money on repairs - the shower room is all cracked, the toilet is staggering, water from the faucet flows in a thin stream...
It immediately became clear that the remote control from the TV set did not work - okay, let's do it without the remote control. Without a remote control - "oh, well, I just worked, and now something is not rattling, damned machine... ". Moved to another room with TV. As compensation - there was no air conditioning. But there were cats. They were fed on the balcony (the very famous balcony. . . )
The jokes started later. First of all, we learned that the basin in the toilet does not play a decorative role at all - and its purpose is not even to rinse wet swimsuits. It's just that the toilet doesn't drain.
The next morning I decided to take a shower. Bad idea - the water ran out as soon as I lathered...
And yes: you have to pay for all the pleasures - all of the above cost us 250 UAH per day (although there were 236 on the site at that time, and we agreed initially at this price... )
I sincerely hope that this is only Arzamas - it sucks, but it's still cool in the Summer Yard...
