From the first minutes of our stay, the hotel made a great impression. We arrived late, tired. Territory - not big, but well-groomed. In March, preparatory work for the season was going on throughout the territory. It was not audible in the room, so the repair work did not interfere with us, we were calm about this. The workers are polite.
The room is not big - two rooms. Very cozy. The room has a large bed and a comfortable sofa. It was nice that all the beds were ready for our arrival. The pillows are not comfortable - neither small nor large (they were brought at our request). My husband did not sleep well on them, but this is of course all individually. The first few days were well cleaned in the room. Then it was clearly seen that the maids did not try. And the last days cleaning was not carried out at all. Once the maids came at 14.30, during quiet time, in this situation, of course, I myself refused to clean. It was very unpleasant to see dirty dishes on the floor near the elevator. Once the plates stood for more than a day (on a weekday). The children asked and it was difficult to explain why this was happening. We gave our used plates to the maid. I would like to wish the staff to somehow solve this problem. Maybe monitor the rooms where they order food or ask vacationers to call the maids.

A lot of entertainment. And a zoo, and a pond, and ponies and donkeys, and a system of waterfalls. Various games and entertainment on the territory for children and adults. Scooters, table tennis, fishing. We tried a lot and were satisfied. All animators are friendly and polite. Children love them. Together they play, dance, draw, discuss films and books. Quietly left the children with them in the playrooms. I want to mention a wonderful kindergarten. The teacher Tatyana Ivanovna and the assistant Marina are beyond praise. I can't help mentioning the animator in Maxim's teenager club. Gets along great with older kids. It is a pleasure to spend time with him for both adults and children. We participated in a billiards tournament (we also played in additional paid time: 250 hours), passed the quest, played darts, and much more interesting things. We also rented bicycles. There are some points that need to be worked on, but in general, the group of animators and leisure activities for children of all ages are well organized. But at the same time, you can sit quietly in a quiet corner where no one screams or interferes.
A little about nutrition. The food was really tasty and varied. Children and parents were always full. There were some regime moments - especially for weekends. It was not always possible to find a free table. It was not convenient for our family to have dinner or breakfast in a nearby hall or lobby bar, so we waited for a while for tables to be free. Food, indeed, was not always added on time or the dishes were completely over. For us it was not so critical. We didn't care if we didn't get something and enjoyed the delicious food. Before the trip, I read a lot of reviews that wine and beer are served for dinner. But the latter was not. The staff threw up their hands. Husband bought himself drinks in the lobby bar. In one of the dinners there was a force majeure situation. Responsible for the food treated us with understanding and competently resolved the issue. Thank God that no one was hurt, and we forgot about this incident without any complaints.
Separately, I would like to note the medical center and the Galina Hü nniken Clinic, which are located on the territory of the hotel. The park hotel offered health programs for children "Healthy Child" and "Antistress" for adults as a gift. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at the clinic. They ill-conceived the schedule of procedures, turning the rest into a race. When asked to make changes, I was reminded that I am not the only woman with children in this center receiving treatment. They frankly rebuffed, and as it turned out later, they blatantly lied about the impossibility of rescheduling the procedures, although there were free dates. Moreover, some were not included in their list of procedures. When I arrived, my name was not on the list at all. For such an institution, it is very unpleasant to allow yourself such a thing. However, in SP A they always met halfway and helped. Another unpleasant moment, for five days I could not get the results of the examination for the child. It was very unpleasant every time to walk and upholster the rapids. For several days they fed me breakfast, even leaving a note did not help. The examination was done at 9 am on March 25, and I received the results and a doctor's consultation at 12.15 on March 29.15 minutes before leaving the hotel! Unfortunately, I couldn't help myself that day. I am not a conflict person, and it was very unpleasant for me to speak out about this!
On the day of arrival, my ears were very stuffy and the nurse gave me emergency care at a late time. When the child's temperature rose, I was given a thermometer and an antipyretic. Although the day before, they refused to put drops in the child's nose with a severe cold, saying, "that you will drop your own drops. " On this day, we went to the pharmacy and bought everything we needed. I want to note a very competent and friendly doctor in the children's department, Lyudmila Viktorovna. She behaved delicately at all reception times and gave recommendations for examining the child 15 minutes before departure. Although at the reception she had many children. The nurses tried to organize the procedures so that everyone was comfortable. There were a lot of children in need of treatment. This was especially true on weekends.

Despite all these shortcomings, we tried to maintain a good positive mood, relax (because we are on vacation) and the desire to return again. But during our departure, a glaring incident occurred that did not fit into any framework.
The day before, I booked a transfer to the airport. I was offered two options. 1. Taxi - for which the staff of the park-hotel does not bear any responsibility. 2. Hotel transfer - guarantee (!!!!!!!!! ) a good car, child seats and a competent and experienced driver. Naturally, having three young children in my arms, one of whom fell ill and felt ill, I relied on the hotel transfer. Previously, when leaving the room, we paid for our order. But neither at 12.30, nor at 12.40 nor at 12.50 was there a car. Children, of course, were exhausted after 40 minutes of waiting and did not know what to do. Let me remind you of one of them with temperature! Every time I went to the reception to find out when our car would be, they smiled at me, as if they saw me for the first time. None of the three employees took this situation under control. Mind your own business or just sit. The front desk was not busy. An hour 40 minutes before the plane's departure, I was asked not to worry, we still have time to catch the plane. And that's all they did. As a result, at the beginning of the second, a completely different car arrived, without seats. As the driver said, they called him 3 minutes ago, he arrived as quickly as he could. And we flew on a plane.
The road from Alushta to Simferopol is not easy. The car went, of course, very fast so that we could catch the plane. At the height, her ears were blocked, her daughter vomited, she was very tired and cried for a long time. The situation on the road always depends not only on the driver in which you are driving, but also on other road users. At a crossroads in Simferopol, I almost got into an accident. There are a lot of gray hairs on my head. Thanks to the driver for getting it right. We arrived 5 minutes before boarding the plane. We returned home with relief that, finally, our "vacation" was over.
