I was surprised how the owners attacked the negative review about the hotel. Blackmailing a client for criticism is something new and completely different from my opinion of them. Moreover, the accusations of lying are undeserved, my impressions are largely similar, so I decided to describe what I saw calmly, in detail and as objectively as possible : )
The hotel building itself is very nice, the courtyard too. The pool pleases both the eye and the body - it was very pleasant to cool off in it in the evening and with illumination. During the day, children splashed in it with great pleasure. Sun loungers and a rocking bench were also a pleasure. The yard is neatly tiled and decorated with many flower beds (although bees are present because of them). Mosquitoes at night (on the street) annoyed a little, but then the "fault" of nature. Spiders and cockroaches did not meet - and thanks for that, I'm more afraid of them : ) By the way, there were no living creatures in the room, not even mosquitoes, you just don't need to keep the doors open, especially considering the presence of air conditioning.
Of the external attributes, the only thing I did not like was the steep external spiral staircase to the second floor. You need at least some kind of lighting, otherwise it’s scary to climb poorly visible stairs in the evening, especially with a small child.

The room itself is quite spacious, next to the entrance a full-wall window, although the curtains were rarely opened in order to maintain privacy. The walls are completely upholstered with wooden clapboard. On the one hand, this is good, on the other hand, there is a small side effect from the fact that not all planks are well polished and you can get scratched by catching on a wall or door jamb.
The bed is large and comfortable, a fairly large wardrobe with a crossbar (there are also several hangers) and three shelves is recessed in the niche. There is also a small safe, but we did not use it. The air conditioner is located above the closet, which is good because that way it doesn't blow directly on the bed.
We were three adults and a child, so we put a cot as an extra bed (at no extra charge, so this is a plus). A folding bed of a modern format, with a thin mattress. It creaks, of course, an infection, but in principle it turned out to be quite comfortable to sleep on it, I couldn’t even believe it.
I did not like a very small refrigerator, usually came across more. With a small supply of food and fruit, bottles of water climbed with difficulty, and the freezer could not be used at all, because it was so "overgrown" with ice that the door did not open completely.
The TV showed more interference than channels, so they practically did not turn it on.
The bedside table is tiny and low and is located at the feet, which is not very convenient, but there is already a lack of space - it is simply impossible to put it on the side of the bed, because there is a passage to the door to the bathroom.
A small table and at least one chair-chair would also not hurt. It would be possible to have a snack in seclusion, and to seat the child to draw.
But what really annoyed me was the bathroom. Yes, it is small and this is a common thing for average Crimean apartments, but it really is a disaster with shelves and hangers. In our room, all but one of the hooks were also broken off. I immediately drew attention to this, the owners replied that it was probably broken by past guests. However, the review below suggests that they have been broken for a long time, and no one is going to fix it. By the way, they also did not offer us to replace or repair them. Those. already drawn inconvenience with towels. Only one could be hung.

Shelves are also a problem. This is the first time I see such a thing, so that there is no shelf at all above the sink. A soap dish and a stand for toothbrushes are screwed on the sides separately, and there is no cup in it and it was problematic even to decompose banal toothbrushes and paste.
In the corner there was a part of the corner bookcase (only 2 shelves), but given that it is on the floor, it is again inconvenient to use. At least screwed to the wall. As a result, I really had to put towels, and clothes for changing clothes, and cosmetics on the closed toilet lid, which, of course, is a mess and inconvenience.
Plugs are also inconvenient. Those wishing to use a hair dryer do not understand where to turn it on. Unless instead of a boiler, which is hardly useful to him. There are several more sockets in the room behind the refrigerator, but the refrigerator itself and the TV are already included there, so only one socket is free. And one more outlet is generally located in an extremely original way - in the middle of a free wall at a distance of 20 centimeters from the floor. Those. if you need to charge your phone (we had three of them + charger for the camera, so it was impossible to be satisfied with one socket), you had to put it on the floor and try not to step on it. It was inconvenient to rearrange the nightstand there for the sake of such a case, because then it was far from the bed.
We lost water once. They were frightened, but it turned out that this was not a problem, but the tricky features of the local water supply. It was necessary that the owners switched something there, which they did immediately after our complaint, so there are no complaints. She also warmed up cheerfully - there was enough for a shower for 4 people and the temperature was decent.
The air conditioner turned itself off. It was hot when we returned from the beach, but it was somehow strange to leave it turned on for the whole day.

And now about the road to the beach. It is really terrible - not paved, in potholes and rubble, and stomp to the beach in no way 10, not less than 15 minutes. Yes, we were taken to the beach every day at a convenient time and place for us, which was a great relief, because after the first hike with the child they were horrified. Moreover, the landscape around is still gloomy - a lot of empty unfinished buildings, almost no streetlights, shops, stalls, cafes too (only by the road itself there are several tents with beer, water, ice cream). The house itself is the very last one on the street perpendicular to the sea. Behind him is only a wide steppe, which is somewhat scary, but horses, yes : )
And the entire infrastructure has been moved closer to the center of Beregovoy. To get to it - another 15-20 minutes on foot or 2 stops on the minibus (it's good with them here - the yellow "bogdans" go almost one by one, the fare along Beregovoe is 1 hryvnia per person). They returned back at nine o'clock - they caught a taxi (20-30 hryvnias) to bring them straight to the house.
In the center there is a small market, many cafes, pizzerias and canteens and a children's amusement park, which the child was delighted with. Having bypassed several cafes, we dug in "Eden". A very pleasant place with quite tasty food, moderate prices by Kiev standards and professional and friendly staff. There are two indoor and outdoor areas, you can recline on Tatar trestle beds, or you can sit in wicker chairs in the shade of a spreading sophora. If only flowers-petals were not constantly falling from it. . . : ) But the shade is gorgeous, a very suitable place to wait out the midday heat.
As for breakfasts at the hotel, calling them European is, of course, a huge bust. In fact, there is a modest, simple, homemade breakfast of this format without any frills. For example, buckwheat or horns with two fried sausages. Or a clumsy scrambled egg with broken yolks and an imprinted piece of boiled sausage. The best option was two pancakes with sour cream on the first day. I was even inspired, but then everything became quite trivial. The food is quite edible, sausages are normal, you can eat, but to call such a primitive European breakfast - sorry. In addition, you can ask for tea and coffee. I haven’t tried coffee, but the tea is terrible, since I took a normal one with me, which I advise everyone. You can ask for boiling water freely.
By the way, they cheated with billiards, which is listed in the description on the site. There is no pool table, just a ping-pong table. And his friends had high hopes for him.

In general, the place is quite nice, but the conditions are average (I wouldn’t go for 400 UAH for two, 400 for 4, in principle, corresponds to the quality), you shouldn’t really count on breakfast, but it’s better to go by car, then the issue of remote location is practically removed.
Here is such an opinion. I hope the owners still stop getting into a pose and take into account the shortcomings of their offspring. After all, not for self-interest, but for justice and development, since at least half of the shortcomings can be easily corrected. I believe that it will be so, because the owners are nice, adequate people. Special thanks to Volodya for patiently waiting for our long gathering with the child, comfortable delivery to the beach and the train station, and in general for a very friendly and helpful attitude : )
Good luck in arranging a truly paradise : )
Sincerely, Olya.
