I'll try to be brief, from the pros:
The hotel is located on the beach
Dining room on site
There is a playground
Now to the cons:
Sea. There is no entrance to the sea, the bottom is covered with red algae, when we booked a room we were not warned about this, part of this algae is cleared and children can splash in this small piece. For adults, there are sandbags on which you can go, but you immediately get deep enough and algae get confused under your feet and cling to your legs. Pleasant little.
Dining room. Endless queues, the food is not bad, but those who cook it look very unscrupulous people, wiping sweat from their foreheads serve plates (there is no air conditioning in the dining room)
Territory. There are rose bushes in the photo, this is true, but there is nowhere to walk with a stroller, in the heat you can hide only in the room, if you need to rock the child in the stroller, you can go to the neighboring boarding house, at least there are trees there.

And the most annoying. We paid in installments, because we didn’t know when we would move out, we lived there for 19 days, we thought to stay for another 5 days, the administrator Dina assured that it was no problem, she said that we could pay tomorrow. And for tomorrow, the hostess of the boarding house, Natalya, kicked us out with the child, she didn’t bother where we were going, because she didn’t care. she found guests for our place for a longer period. She did the same with a family with three children, she didn’t like them for some reason and she kicked them out, and a week later, us. Although, she chatted with us all the time and smiled sweetly and on the phone there was kindness itself.
Terribly dishonest person. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, but it's up to you! Good luck to everyone and have a good rest!
