Food in the dining room was imposed on us, prices were raised before our arrival. Breakfast - 150 rubles, lunch - 300 rubles, dinner - 250 rubles.
After a 4-day stay, we asked why the rooms were not cleaned, we were told that only on request. We asked to clean the room and leave us a floor rag, in return we received a towel instead of a rag, with which we supposedly had to dry ourselves when we checked in. Asking the maid where the floor rag was, she replied that they don’t have it, wipe it with a towel (nightmare). We did not touch their towels anymore and used our own.
The faucets in the shower are broken and there is mold (you need to clean up better and more often).
Bedding was not changed for 8 days of stay. They asked for beach covers, they barely gave us, but they asked not to tell anyone else about this, otherwise the rest would ask.
The receptionist was always absent from the front desk.
It was very stuffy and dirty on the floors, there was no wet cleaning.
The pool was dirty and not as chic as in the photo.
The garden is not well maintained. The territory is small.
to the sea, where a lot of people swim, it takes about 15 minutes, but it is very dirty there and there is nowhere to lie down, I had to look for a cleaner one, 30 minutes walk
At the end of the holiday, we were not warned at all that the bus would be delayed and we were evicted at 9 am, and the bus arrived at 00.30 at night (HORROR). (it’s good that our bags weren’t put out over the fence, they were at the exit of the hotel). As we were told that we should be on the territory until 12 noon and then it’s none of our business, Everyone began to resent, and all day we were outside under the pouring sun . We didn’t see the owners in front of the county, at 15.00 new tenants arrived, they were settled, and we, like homeless people, were sitting somewhere. And by the way, in Feodosia, no one knows about this hotel, there are no signs anywhere, just a private house (in the form of a hotel with rude owners)
