We arrived with a colleague, settled in the rooms, at 22 o'clock - no one goes there anymore, silence, the lights are turned off everywhere - that is, you don’t belong to yourself on vacation, you must obey the Mistress’s regime, you can just lie in bed and not move, because the audibility is -100%, everything creaks everywhere. One of us got a smoky room, which practically - we lived in one and spent the night, because it was simply impossible to sleep in that, although we paid for 2 rooms! - we didn’t swear, we decided that we would still come for a couple of nights - we’ll survive. A colleague was supposed to leave earlier, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she stayed with me in the room for one night. They didn’t warn, because they returned late in the evening and a colleague was supposed to come here again, they would have to pay - It’s not a question what they did later! When they already paid for this hotel by bank transfer for the second time, in which there were again places, unlike other hotels (and, unfortunately, the money could not be returned), they called on the way, to ask them not to settle in that smoky room, they were waiting for us right away !!! ! they poured a tub of dirt on us, that we smoked the room, that they even paid for dry cleaning after us! For an hour she spoke out and yelled like she was at children! My question is, what right do you have to behave like that? Who are you? we pay money! you live and run your business at the expense of us, what do you allow yourself? The consumer protection law is the same for all in providing services! Do not think that it may not affect you after all. So what do you think, she fundamentally settled her colleague in the same smoky room, claiming that he was normal! But the second one, where we were forced to live together before - we smoked, even found cigarettes, according to them. And if I smoke, it's not clear yes. . . why I left them in the room in front of you. And did not take all 2 days. That's why we don't smoke. That's why. They are given out by two and for all the time they do not even change. Shower - just with a curtain - all the water flows out naturally. on the floor. There is a rag - wipe it yourself, not the boyars. Naturally, there are no accessories. Toilet paper - on issue. View: either into the yard where clothes are dried, or into a narrow street. There is no place to go out and sit somewhere. Breakfast 200 rubles: 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of sausage, 1 cookie, 2 tablespoons of porridge, 2 pieces of bread. Milk was provided additionally only after I asked, and with a mockery from the hostess (who calls herself that! ) I received an answer: no one needed before you, but you need.
