I never write reviews if I don't like something. But this case is special. I got caught by the fact that I read beautiful reviews on the website of this guest house, as well as on their page in contact. Not a single negative review from 2015 to 2016. The leave at work was given unexpectedly and the trip had to be chosen very quickly. Tip - never read reviews on a hotel website, as the administrators of these sites leave only positive reviews. And if someone writes negative reviews, then they are blacklisted, as they did with me. After I returned home and again saw a beautiful advertisement for this hotel, I could not resist writing a review. Our trip was the three of us from 10 to 20 July 2017. Me and my two kids aged 10 and 12. The room is terribly cramped for three. Cleaning is done every 4 days. Towels for 9 days of our stay, we changed only 1 time. Once we were reprimanded for the fact that the foot towel was very dirty, given that it was one for three and that the beach was sandy. Of the 9 days, only 3 days were normally fed, when Aunt Sonya was the cook. On other days, the food, especially the children, did not like it. Pilaf always went to waste. On the first day, I was completely dumbfounded: we paid for this day in full, i. e. we were supposed to have lunch and dinner; on this day we arrived only for dinner, as the flight was delayed; in the evening we were given badly cooked pasta with a piece of cold chicken; naturally, we did not eat it and went to the pizzeria, as we were terribly hungry (they don’t serve food on airplanes lately); the next day I asked why; since 2005, traveling all over Russia and the world, I have never received such answers: "we were waiting for you for dinner, but you were late, don't throw away your lunch"; and I replied: "why are you feeding us waste, considering that we paid for lunch and dinner; in response there was only a smile.
Children were almost never satisfied with food, I ate; and when I asked to return to us the cost of at least dinners for the remaining 7 days in order to eat normally in a cafe, we were refused. And there were many such cases during our stay there. We witnessed quarrels and conversations on the topic of returning the cost of meals to guests. In fact, in Feodosia you can eat normally and inexpensively in a cafe, therefore, do not take the cost of food, especially dinners, in this guest house.
