Good afternoon. I read the reviews and to be honest I was very surprised. Yes, there may be bugs. This is in any hotel...... I have a rest in this hotel for the third time and I am satisfied with everything. If you want to relax in a 5 * hotel, why don't you pay money and go there? But no, you are buying a mini home-type hotel at a discount, but the service of the 5th hotel is required. Hospitable hosts try to please in everything. They try to solve the problem immediately, help in everything. If you want barbecue, please, if you want homemade wine, please, if you want to go on an excursion, please bring and take you. Anything you want will be decided and done. (Naturally, some questions and entertainment cost money). The sea is far away....I also disagree !! ! 15 minutes of walking step along the beautiful Lemans and this, by the way, is good for health!!! ! My children and I like Olenevka. And I really like to stay in Sunny Dzhangul. There are very friendly hosts, cozy and comfortable rooms. They try and fix the bugs. They always make concessions and you can always agree on a price. The main thing is not to forget that we are all people)))). Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!! !
