About us who wrote this review:
Two married couples did not take their children with them (at first they decided to see for themselves what conditions were for them). And in the Crimea, and in Europe, and in Turkey / Egypt, in hotels from 3 to 5 stars, they rested, so there is something to compare with. We do not suffer from excessive demands and claims for a VIP attitude towards our loved ones. Booked Suite #42 and Junior Suite #68.
The hotel is primarily focused on recreation with children and all conditions have been created for them: a children's room, a club for teenagers "black cat", swimming pools (on the beach and near the "sports" pool), animation (permanent competitions, games, etc. from morning to evenings), the possibility of calling a babysitter at night, a sandy level on the beach, a playground and a table. If the child is more than a year old, there is no need to bring anything with you. For example, the children's menu includes steam cutlets, mashed potatoes with veal, rice or buckwheat porridge, applesauce, pancakes with toppings, pancakes and more.
ROOMS
The rooms are in excellent condition, clean, new furniture, plasma. Lots of outlets in convenient locations. In general, everything is as in the photo of the hotel website. The only caveat (for us, at least) is the balcony of the junior suite, which opens onto a common terrace and all the people living on the second floor pass by. Unfortunately, when we booked, there were no more junior suites in separate cottages (there is an isolated terrace). For those who love privacy, it is better to take junior suites in separate cottages, standards or comforts with a balcony on the second floors.
TERRITORY
The area is small but well maintained. It was correctly written in previous reviews that you practically do not notice people. There is a sports ground where you can play football, basketball, tennis or badminton (all equipment is free), there is a ping-pong table on the beach. You can also rent a pretty good mountain bike.
It is a pity that we did not see the owls we wrote about, but there were plenty of squirrels and hedgehogs.
FOOD
The buffet is very high quality and varied. The hotel website has an approximate menu list, so I won't repeat it here. A BIG thank you to the chef!
STAFF
Everyone is smiling, friendly, any issue is immediately resolved, it is out of the question to be rude or ignore the request of a hotel guest. At nine in the evening we complained about an uncomfortable mattress, after 15 minutes they brought us a new one. For the Crimea, where it is in the order of things to send Clients away for any problem, Mar Le Mar pleasantly surprised us.
BEACH
Here, perhaps, we counted the largest number of minuses. The entrance to the sea is large pebbles, the showers on the beach are dirty with an unpleasant smell.
BUDDA BEACH

1. The roof/terrace on all cottages is big enough and there is nothing there. It would be nice to make recreation areas there: put the same sun loungers, chairs or some kind of children's telescope for stargazing - I'm fantasizing already : )
2. Redo the showers on the beach and make a toilet there (it is on the embankment, but you have to go up to it).
3. Clean the beach more often.
4. Remove large stones from the bottom and / or make a pontoon.
5. Equip a smoking area on the beach (at least put an urn near the stairs, where everyone smokes anyway).
6. Somehow upgrade the system for replacing beach towels. Perhaps just put a towel change station near the beach or pool. When we were cleaned, we were constantly on the beach and then had to look for maids.
In general, we really enjoyed our holiday. Thanks to the Mar Le Mar team, we will definitely come to you again!
