When we arrived, it turned out that he was busy - they got a suite (one and a half times more expensive and which had to be paid immediately), which was not cleaned, did not take out the trash, did not change bed linen and towels. The refrigerator in the room was leaking water, there were no dishes in the kitchenette (except for two cups and two glasses), no forks and spoons. There was no shower gel and shampoo in the shower (in the Suite! ), there was no socket, the hair dryer turned out to be a props, centipedes crawled around the room, other representatives of Crimean insects ended up in the bed. And for this, on the settlement day, we were required to pay for another day - which we did not order. As a result, I had to leave the hotel ahead of schedule and spend the night in the car on the street.
