2. quiet street, so you can enjoy the silence at night.
3. almost daily cleaning in the room, garbage removal.
4. frequent change of bed linen.
5. clean well-groomed yard.
6. good air conditioning.
7. two modern TVs
minuses:
1. the furniture is quite old, dry cleaning or replacement is required
2. The mattress in the bedroom is sagging on one side, so we slept on the couch.
3.15 minutes walk to the sea, in the heat with a child is quite problematic, but after a couple of weeks we got used to it and no longer noticed the distance.
4. there are practically no normal shops nearby, so you can forget about cooking, because you didn’t really want to waste time going to the market
5. there are not enough utensils in the kitchen and it is really quite old, two pots and one normal frying pan / bearable if washed
you can still remember the pros and cons, but summarizing the above, I want to note that maybe it was once a luxury, but now all this requires general cleaning, I wanted to wash and wash everything, dusted curtains, although not cheap, clean the furniture. the price for the room is too high, we can assume that if 5 people live there, then the price will be normal, but there will not be enough dishes and beds. I RECOMMEND TO BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL FOR JUST A FEW DAYS, YOU MIGHT LIKE IT, BUT WE WILL LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE ON THE NEXT VACATION

I want to share my story related to this "super-duper" mini-hotel "CHERNOMOROFF". For a long time, the family wanted to relax in the Crimea. Since January, we began to look through all possible accommodation options in Sudak and stumbled upon the website of the CHERNOMOROFF mini-hotel. Definitely the family was to decide to go there. You can say they fell for the way they wonderfully “describe” their rooms, location, etc. , and not just a room, but decided to take the most beautiful and largest suite !! ! "hostess" Oksana (does not raise her hand to write her name with a capital letter), which confirmed all the charms described on the site and we did not hesitate to send her a deposit in 20 days. Fortunately, the prepayment price was reduced to 5.000 rubles (oksanochka wanted 10.000 rubles). After waiting for July, we went on a long-awaited vacation. It all started with the fact that, having arrived at 3 o’clock in the morning, tired after a daily trip (we traveled from the Tyumen region via Moscow-Krasnodar-Kerch), the hostess did not deign to meet us, and her son opened the gate. Having handed over the keys to the room, he disappeared and we were left alone with this horror !!! ! Dirt is everywhere: the stove does not know a soap rag from the very beginning of its existence, it’s scary to sit on the sofas, the bed linen is stained, the dishes are chipped, the toilet is leaking (a huge puddle ! ), you can’t even look into the bathroom, let alone swim in it, keep the doorknobs on parole, on the terrace it’s not like a family of three - it’s even for one cloudy place, Wi-Fi catches only on the second floor (that is, those who wish from the "suite" should stand at someone's door on the 2nd floor, just to check mail in social networks), air conditioning is only in one room (the rest are open windows) in short....you can't describe everything. . . Luckily I brought a big blanket so we made their bed for them and the three of us slept on the same bed. In the morning (at 6 o'clock), having seen all this in the bright, summer rays of the sun, we hurried to leave in search of a new home, since we did not dare to risk the health of the child living there. After going to the sea (not at all 5-7 minutes, but all 30-40 minutes), the mood began to rise, after looking at several rooms, we decided on a one-room suite, somewhat more expensive, new clean condition and with excellent hosts. I won't tell you everything because I'm not talking about them. Returning to the CHERNOMOROFF mini-hotel to talk about moving, we did not find anyone except our son. After informing him of our intention to move out, after 5 minutes. almost no legs opening the door appeared posture with her husband. I did not expect to hear such insults from strangers, and even in the presence of a minor child !! ! To put it mildly, he called us “scammers” and kicked us out, threatening “while our arms and legs are intact”. According to Oksanka, "luxury" is when there are already more than 2 rooms, and what's inside is no longer important !! !

Very clean and comfortable, a great holiday for families with children, There is a parking lot on the territory, There is a separate dining room with kitchen utensils, where you can cook and eat with a great view of the mountains. Hot water is constant, the owners are very good and friendly people, on the last visit we were detained for a long time at the Ukrainian customs and we arrived only at 5.30 in the morning, but we were met, waited, repeatedly called and advised how it would be more convenient to get there, in general, we didn’t sleep all night, for which many thanks. Also nearby is the TOK ZUDAK where pop stars constantly come, we enjoyed the concerts of G. Leps, V. Leontiev, I. Alegrova, F. Kirkorov and others. We hope that we will visit you again.

There is a shared kitchen where you can really cook - everything works: stove, microwave. I am writing about this because last year in Gurzuf (the Lanterns of Gurzuf hotel) such a kitchen was absolutely non-functional. To the sea 10 min. in two directions - towards the fortress (along Morskaya St. ) or towards the Cypress Alley (along Kurortnoye Highway). It is possible through the TOK "Sudak" park (entrance 5 UAH). The park is beautiful, with swans, chickens, pheasants, fountains, a waterfall, exotic plants, good scenery for southern photos. We went to the beach under the Fortress. The extreme beach in this direction is a diving beach, it is paid (15 UAH per day). This beach is quiet, shallow bottom, a lot of stones, there is blue clay, which is actively smeared on the body by knowledgeable people, you can go kayaking, learn to surf, scuba dive. We came to the conclusion. that it is better to rest closer to the fortress - a more civilized area than the water park area. From the windows of the hotel Chernomoroff - a fortress every day! Of the many cafes for lunch, we chose the "Dining Room at Home", which is not far from the "Fora" supermarket. Recommended. Delicious with a good selection.
