1) We chose a place of rest based on reviews, Shelen came into view, I don’t know why the Guest House didn’t please people who scored 1.2 or 3, the amplitude of reviews is too large, some 10 points others 1.
Of course, the average score on the tourist site alerted us, on other sites cf. a score of more than 7.6 (booking), where real people put their reviews, but we ourselves contacted directly. Paid the reservation at a rate of 20%. We drove on our own by car, the worst trip in the world, I thought that everything, the rest was ruined, after the bridge the speed of movement of cars drops to walking speed, and in some places in general, a 2-3 hour traffic jam (before Feodosia). Therefore, we arrived late, and the mood was not very good. Even having arrived at 3-4 am, a young man was waiting for us, a separate apology to him, at first they were told that we would arrive at 1 am), the guy briefly told about everything so as not to delay us (and we wanted to sleep well, sooooo much, 56 hours driving with all traffic jams)
On the spot we were registered, provided with a room and everything we needed. The weather was cloudy and from the balcony of the guest house we saw only darkness and the light of lanterns

2) In the morning ...For lunch (we still slept off), we left the room and from the balcony ....uhhh ....All 10 out of 10 can be safely put for the view, this can be safely called a pike-perch swallow's nest, ( it is worth mentioning that the house is located on an elevated area, we were with children and elderly parents, the hike to the sea took about 10 minutes, if you walk at an average pace, when you walked with the whole family, then you walked 5-7 minutes longer, yawning and looking around ).
I was also very surprised by the people who, just like us, booked a room, arrived and were rude to the administration, saying that it is far from the sea or that climbing a mountain can be compared with Everest, here I could not restrain myself and stood up, you understand that such a view of the whole city can only be from a hill, and it’s a little illogical to consider a distance of 10 minutes long, this is purely my opinion, of course, but I arrived several thousand kilometers away, this is far from the sea, and 10 minutes, even let 20, it’s close (I always look at the location of the house before booking, it’s clear that it’s a hill and that it’s 11 minutes walk to the sea, if you are an inattentive person, don’t blame others.
We booked and rested in a 2-room with a kitchen, the rooms are spacious and fresh, the bathroom is spacious, the room also has a large podium (trestle bed), the kids didn’t get off it and even slept on it, there are minor flaws, but apparently the previous guests tried , I hope that at the end of each holiday season the owners eliminate them (we had a small spot, the size of a child's fist, in the room, but this is most likely a nitpick, it did not prevent me from relaxing and feeling comfortable).
There were some minor problems with the plumbing, but the guy working there fixed everything within minutes.
Please note that free cleaning and change of linen is done every 5 days, if you want more often - pay, but we didn’t seem to need to wash the room more often, we just asked for a broom to simply clean up after the kids who always crumble.
And if you need to wash a lot of things and don’t feel like doing it manually, then for a small surcharge you can put the wash in the machine.
We also had a force majeure, but the administration compromised, the people are conscientious and humane, for which special thanks to them

On the second floor there is a large terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe.

There is a canteen on the territory where you can eat homemade food, the food is delicious, and the price is optimal, when compared with the catering canteen, then yes, a little more expensive, but the food is brought to your room, everything is fresh and tasty and you don’t need to look, with 8-21 you will not be left hungry, and their yantyks will not leave you indifferent, a very tasty joke, I advise everyone to try it.
Also, what I really liked was the children's evening cinema in the fresh air, where kids can watch their favorite cartoons, and parents can breathe easy and take care of themselves.
The rest was a little spoiled by a long and tiring road and weather. It rained for a couple of days, as the owners say, it doesn’t rain so often in Sudak, and many people are looking forward to it and we were just so “lucky”
We left late, again around 2-3 am, to "slip" to the bridge. despite such a late hour, the guy working there (as for me he works 24/7), opened the gate and showed us off.
Thanks to the administration and the owners for this vacation, we don’t like to go to the same place twice, but we want to come here.

P. S. guests or competitors, write objective reviews, and if
if it doesn’t work, then refrain if your conscience is enough. Putting 1.2, 3 or 4 is at least childish, which almost deprived us of the opportunity to visit this place.
