The administration and staff are very friendly and polite, I liked the room, everything is cleaned and washed, there are 2 steps from the hotel to the sea, there is also a swimming pool, and most importantly, a grill, fried barbecue, fish - super! Restaurant - for this level of service and quality of food - expensive!! ! (half of the menu is simply disappointing) There are few people just because of the price. In the evening, everything is very sad there, two or three tables and that's it. The beach is tolerable. You get used to big stones and swim. The park is normal. The pool is nice - the tiles will come off on their own after a couple of seasons. In general, the hotel is very boring (I don’t understand animation, you can have children’s and adult discos, themed evenings, the restaurant is such a place..... ) the management needs to think about changing prices in the restaurant for food, think over evenings for customers. Bring the beach, it looks more wild than the beach of the hotel. It is better to prepare the rooms in terms of cleaning (ceilings, walls, remove traces and remnants of flies, mosquitoes. And I was convinced of this when my family was robbed in your hotel, at night they climbed through the balcony into the room and took out a mobile phone, a bag with clothes, etc. And the owner of the institution, Ivanov, not only to compensate for the damage, but did not even bring an elementary apology. 2nd - the service staff is dishonest, the cleaning lady somehow "by mistake" took out a package from my room with bathing suits, goggles, etc. Also, I forgot to take out the trash. Well done!!!! ! Service at the level!!! ! Until a scandal was thrown, things were not returned.
3rd - it is absolutely impossible to swim in your stones on the beach, you have to go towards the Kharkiv Polytechnic University base. Only there you can normally go into the sea.
