Hotel "Leonardo 3 *" in principle, we were completely satisfied with 4 floors, our own place on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrellas in the room, TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet, washbasin, we lived in the standard. The balconies of these rooms overlook the INTER-hotel, everything was well, at 22-00 life in the village stops, it becomes quiet, you can not hear the fuss in a nutshell, rest "from the city noise. " There is no food at the hotel, but there are all the conditions for self-cooking on the 1st floor, we preferred to eat at the Santa Barbara Hotel, where the buffet menu for two averaged 130 UAH. for lunch. after 2 hotels in the direction of the city beach Massandra stall in the hotel, unfortunately I don’t remember the name, they sell wine for bottling from wines. the factory, this hotel and the stall, according to our hostess, belongs to the director of "MASSANDRA" so that the wine there is better than in the market and shops, by the way, the market is located right next to the hotel, fruits and vegetables were taken at this market in the village on it the cheapest fruits. For 10 days we spent 4 days reconnaissance of the territory, this is the Utes sanatorium, Plaka cape and Karasan park, to the Aivazovsky park in Partenit. If you want an active holiday from the sanatorium cliff there is a bus to Yalta, if you are by car you will have no problems, most of the sightseeing places are located 5-20 km from the village of Utes. The only negative in the rest is the septic tanks, or rather the smell early in the morning when the air flows from the mountains to the sea, for those who have rooms overlooking the mountains, this is a problem, but in 2013 they promised to eliminate this shortcoming, to complete the construction of new more modern ones.
