Stopped at Yalta-Intourist in connection with the participation of "crimea-x-run". The final evening was held at the hotel. I really liked the description of the hotel on the site. Really great grounds, pools, good breakfasts but service. Queues for settlement and eviction! The rooms are very small. Hearing is great! We were unlucky with the neighbors, very noisy, we patiently waited until 23:00, then tried to get through to the hotel service. I had to go down from the 7th floor. The girl promised that the security would sort it out... after we went to the reception 3 more times and called several times. Guards went up to the neighbors without result. They still took pity on us and at 2-30 at night they moved to another room. Probably, all the same, our requests that before the 40 km race we want to relax had an effect on them! Attitude towards guests leaves much to be desired. A deposit for a bathrobe and a beach towel which is returned after two weeks, it's kind of strange in a hotel like this. I can’t say anything about cleaning, because there was none. When checking in, I recommend asking for rooms whose windows do not overlook the construction site and a very noisy utility room (bottles clink in the morning).
