The refrigerator in the block is asked not to be turned on to save electricity, everyone is offered to use what is in the kitchen (one for 4 rooms with torn rubber). It is also better not to turn on the air conditioner, they suggest closing the curtains so that the room does not heat up. Nothing is allowed: washing fruit or a cup in the bathroom sink is also a crime, you only have to go to the kitchen! There is a very bad smell in the kitchen. Wi-Fi worked every other day (it just turns off). They asked to change the batteries in the remote control - the answer was "The remote control worked for 3 years before you and no one complained. " A place on the edge of the city, where there is no road, you can only drive an SUV. There are many dogs around that bark and howl all night long. But that's not all! When we arrived, the door to the shower room (a cheap Chinese cabin) was skewed. Our mistake - we didn't tell the owners about it right away (we were very tired after the move). The next day, when my husband went to the shower, the door fell on him and showered him from head to toe with thousands of very small fragments! Cuts on the neck, arms, body, legs! The smallest glass crumb was washed off the body with a watering hose. Of course, they immediately called the owners. The owner immediately agreed that the door was skewed, but said (or rather, shouted) that there was nothing wrong with that, and as proof he took a glass crumb and rubbed his hand with it (the appearance of a bloody hand was still the same! ). The holiday was ruined and we decided to leave a day early. But, returning from the pool, they found the owners in a completely different mood. They yelled obscenities (in front of a child! ), kicking us out two days earlier or demanding another thousand hryvnias!! ! and this is because we almost got crippled because of them! I thank God that my child did not enter this shower room, and my husband escaped with minor cuts and stress. Under a hail of threats that we would not leave the city (he seems to be a former cop and everything is under his control), we left them and drove straight home. I think that those 640 hryvnias that they appropriated to themselves for those days that we did not get, will not go to their benefit. Advice to those who still decide to go there - think ten times and find another place - closer to the pool and for the same money. And don't pay the whole amount at once!

The house is located on the outskirts of the city of Beregovo, there is no asphalted entrance to the house, solid pits, it is quite a long walk to the pool. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this house.
