We lived in this hotel for the first time. They were satisfied with the rest, there were only pleasant impressions until the moment of eviction. That's when we saw real service and attitude to guests.
At 12:00 we came to the eviction reception, handed over the bracelets and the staff told us that we had to wait a while for the maid to accept our room. We waited for about 30 minutes. , after which we were told that the room lacks a beach towel, and instead we seem to have left our own. This is despite the fact that we did not bring our own towel and before eviction we checked the availability of all hotel items. When I stated that it was a mistake, I was told at the reception: "Madam, where did someone else's towel come from, we didn't throw it at you" and demanded to pay a fine of UAH 500. We were just vilely deceived, taking advantage of the fact that we were no longer able to get to the room and be present during his check maid.
Similar claims were made not only to us but also to other guests of the hotel. There is only one conclusion that this is a well-established scheme of additional staff earnings.

So I recommend that during the eviction be sure to insist on handing over the room in your presence, so as not to be deceived!
