It used to be just class clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and educated. Now it's just crap. I ordered a room for me and 2 children a day in advance. We were given a room where someone had already slept in that bed. The eldest son was not even made a bed in the corridor, they handed him linen that turned out to be torn and stained.

It used to be just class clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and educated. Now it's just crap. I ordered a room for me and 2 children a day in advance. We were given a room where someone had already slept in that bed. The eldest son was not even made a bed in the corridor, they handed him linen that turned out to be torn and stained. There was also someone in the bathroom before us. It was disgusting to lay down even toothpaste, on the floor and on the chandelier the blinds were just dirty, the blinds were broken, the towels smelled nasty. After 2 hours we left after paying 400 UAH. whose staff I searched in the lobby for 20 minutes. Which sat on the street and chatted in a place to work. Calling the chief of the hotel, no action was taken, it was his daughter....the chief is resting abroad, I found myself to blame for everything.
