Hotel Kremin positions itself as one of the best hotels on Dragobrat, but we strongly disagree with this.
The hotel has two buildings: old and new. We lived in a new one, so I can't say anything about the old one. In our room, everything was really new - there were stickers on the windows, a sticker with a barcode on the washbasin... Apparently everything was installed not very long ago. At the same time, everything is already falling apart: the toilet bowl was broken in the bathroom, and the tiles on the floor came off in several places (but they carefully covered it with a rug : ). This is not monitored and damage is not repaired.
The room was more or less spacious - no complaints about that. From the inconvenient: little space for drying things (one small radiator, which was rarely warm) and a tiny blanket for one person on a double bed.
That's all there is in the room. . .

Next, let's discuss the hotel itself. The hotel is big and not cheap. There are many guests, but the concept of administration in the hotel is completely absent. Do you need someone from the administration? - go to the restaurant and catch one of the waiters who will answer that the administration will come soon and you need to wait. Sit in a restaurant and wait. Hotel administration - manager Maria. Much has been written about her here.
At some point in our stay at the hotel, we had a need: a needle and thread to sew up a glove. My first thought: you need to contact the "administration" of the hotel. This is a common request from the series "need a first aid kit" or something like that. I had no doubt that we would get these items without any problems). Hotels with such a number of guests and with such a price for accommodation should be able to meet such needs. But - no... "Administration" was not found, and the running waiters frailly tried to ask around, but, alas, they did not find anything like that.
Restaurant: All the bad things you read here about food are true. We went there and thought that perhaps everything is not so terrible. But at every breakfast and every dinner you feel how much they save. Save on everything. Buckwheat with water and three small sour cabbage rolls without meat for breakfast - this is flawed. It's not tasty. The waiters run around and wonder why no one really eats anything...... but what's surprising?
In short... moral: if you have a choice, say, between Adrenaline and Kremin - book Adrenaline. It's a little cheaper, the service is better, the food is tastier and there is still more of it. I don’t understand Kremin’s pricing policy and why they take this money.
