To our regular guests, who were not able to settle with us this year, I want to say that our breakfasts are the same as always, not as the guest writes (one egg), if there is a stuffed egg, or an egg in a toast, there is also pancakes with berries and sour cream or pancakes and tea from mountain herbs. Breakfast, of course, is as light as dinner.
We also have clear rules in the bar and restaurant: there is a traffic jam if guests drink their own drinks.
Guests who respect the people who set up the business and the employees who receive salaries from the profits of the institution, of course, will not behave like that. Especially since there is an alternative - a hall with a fireplace (banquet hall), which can be rented and there you can drink your own drinks and bring your own products.
To the guests who wrote reviews "greedy housewife" I want to say, I, the administrator, did not make an exception for you and did not allow a refund for the last day (according to you, you did not ride) your husband warned "how my wife will come. " I fully felt it and it is not always easy to understand that the client is always right.
I do not wish anything bad to this young woman, after positive feedback she writes everything: "do not believe, they are terrible" I really feel sorry for her, whether it is necessary to spend so much effort on anger.
Maybe it's better to spend money to make money and understand others who have their own business, which is not easy in mountain conditions.
