It is difficult to comment - given that this was our first trip - definitely "lohonili". I will never go to this "hotel" again. The owner - OP Zhuravlyov - is an unfriendly person, deliberately creating conflict situations, taking money as a first-class hotel (because the prices in neighboring hotels are the same, but there is comfort) - the conditions are terrible.
