Dirty, the rooms are not cleaned, cobwebs in the corners, one person instead of the administrator, maids and cleaners. The service corresponds to 2 stars and it does not hold up.

We spent Christmas holidays in the Carpathians. Wonderful nature, air. The hotel has good service, the staff is friendly to the guests. The only negative that upset us is that the hotel is cool. And in the rooms, and in the halls, and in the dining room. The breakfast is delicious, but the cuts are not fresh.

In the room. In the corners of the room cobwebs. In the shower - mold. Empty refrigerator (but bar prices are painted).
In the shower - no soap, no shampoo (although the room description said that soap and shampoo are provided).
Asked at the reception for soap. They said it was over. But the remains in the bottle were given out.
The next day no one cleaned up. I had to go to the reception and get rid of the toilet paper.
On the third day, not even a sign on the door "Please clean the room" did not help. I had to go to the reception again and ask them to take out the garbage.
The bed has not been changed in 7 days.
"Cleaning" in the room, in those three happy days when it was done, was to take out the trash and change towels. The floor was covered with a layer of dust and small debris in a week, but it is probably not accepted to vacuum here.
Cafe bar. Breakfast included. Nobody asked what kind of tea we drank. Just brought black. Then we started saying we had green tea. Apparently, this means that everyone drinks only black tea. Breakfasts are prepared quickly. Cheesecakes, pancakes with cheese, omelet, scrambled eggs, dumplings with potatoes were offered to choose from. People complained to us that the omelet was fried in oil, so we did not order it. Cheesecakes are delicious, pancakes too. They also give vegetable salad, butter, bread, sliced sausage and two types of cheese.
On the day of departure, 2 cappuccinos were ordered at the bar. We were told that there was none. And the bar has a coffee machine. But they use a cappuccino maker only to make boiling water. As a result, we made two espressos and cream.
And a lot of people rent out cottages in private estates - the choice is huge.
The service at this hotel is soviet. It is completely unclear how the hotel got into the top 100 in 2012. Although, of course, money is decided by everyone.
If you sneeze at the service, then go to the Club Hotel Yaremche.

My husband and I traveled in September. Very good impression of the rest in the hotel - everything is home-like, clean, comfortable. The staff is attentive to the guest, fed, went on different excursions every day (100 UAH-1 excursion per person for the whole day), rode horses. The nature is wonderful, really golden autumn, the air is clean, we slept like the dead.
