We bring here groups from last winter (January 2018) - clean, beautiful, delicious cuisine, ideal accommodation, especially in the winter and New Year period. Of course, the rooms have not become bigger, and the walls are rougher - this is a minus of almost all wooden cottages. But for active recreation, what you need, who is usually looking for a jacuzzi in the room, then you are not here - this is not the price.

Two only for location and view from the window. Rested for several days. There would not be enough nerves for more. When they settled down, the bed turned out to be broken. Moved to another room. Dirty. (as in the previous issue). The impression that the moon, at least, was not removed. It is high time to throw away and burn the carpet.

Cardboard partitions - audibly whisper neighbors through the hallway. The room is small. There are no cabinets for speeches - only three hooks and 2 trempels. Put things away. Bathroom - in general otas! The whole shower (and not only) in black mold. There are no shelves - one holder left for them, no towel hooks, no ventilation. Hot water is not always available. The shower itself is not fixed - it staggered so that I thought I would turn with it. Stress ...There are no outlets in the room to charge the phone. But there are 2 sockets in the bathroom near the sink, not fixed, which are fun to ride on the wall. There is a problem with electricity in general.
The room has a pre-revolutionary TV, but no remote control - but we did not need it. In general, it is good that we just slept there and enjoyed the beautiful nature of the Carpathian Mountains. I do not recommend the hotel. This is contempt for guests.

Everything is dirty, the mattresses are old and everything is stained, the rooms stink, there is zero soundproofing (you can hear people talking in the next room, and you hear every word of theirs), there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no kitchen, no iron, TV 3 channels (and even then in good weather), cobwebs and dirty carpets everywhere.

We wanted to move out on the first day. But there were no vacancies in the neighboring hotel. And we were 4 people.
Administrator Vika should have been fired a long time ago. She called an ambulance for us and at the same time talked on the phone with a friend. They asked for a thermometer. It generally put her in a stupor.
In the rooms no one gives wet cleaning. No towel dryer.
That kind of money is not worth it.

As it turned out on the very first night, relocation would not have helped, because from 08:00 in the morning cleaning begins and the vacuum cleaner is pulled along the entire corridor to the noise of a child (the cleaner’s child), moreover, our windows overlooked the playground and from 07:30 the screams of children began (I have nothing against children, but why should I listen to this on my vacation), in other hotels that we passed, the sites are not provided under the windows and the children do not interfere with anyone. This crazy owner, like two years ago (judging by the reviews), is torturing that poor dog in a cage, and the owner's children are torturing kittens living on the territory. . . Because the rooms are near the stairs, you can hear every step and word, it's impossible to sleep!! ! Mice were not observed, cockroaches too. The showers are clean, the rooms too, but no one took out a full bucket of garbage in two days. . . In general, there is somehow uncomfortable. . . The only decent place is the terrace above the Prut with a view of the rock, but even then there was nowhere to sit there in the evenings, because out of 5 tables it was impossible to sit at two - "then the owner's acquaintances will come... ", and the remaining three tables were occupied almost from lunchtime. . . The owner gives the impression of something impudent. In general, I got the impression that everywhere there is a very pleasant and friendly local population, except for the owner and part of the staff of this hotel. . . Breakfasts (which are included) were tolerable (you can eat), but in general the kitchen is disgusting and expensive, the bartender (he is also a waiter) is especially terrible, for whom you have to wait half an hour, seeing his unfriendly face, you don’t want anything. We went to eat in two wonderful cafes with a terrace near the bridge over the river, but they cook especially tasty in "Kraevyde", the prices are the same as in our hotel, even a little lower, but the cuisine is excellent, the quail broth is something!! ! In general, after two days of staying in this terrible hotel, we found a private house five minutes from the center, occupied the second floor (the first one was closed, they plan to rebuild something there), two rooms for 75.00 UAH. per day, shower, bathroom, TV, refrigerator, coffee, tea, dishes, kettle (the hotel did not have a kettle, which is inconvenient, and a refrigerator too). It turned out that we lived together in a house with a wonderful terrace under a walnut and a view of the same Elephant rock as in the hotel. If you want to have a normal and comfortable rest - do not go to this terrible hotel, Yaremche is full of other places where you can have a great stay!

We visited the whole group hotel "Under the Rock" in June 2013, all without exception were satisfied! ! ! ! ! The rooms are very comfortable, everything is provided, perfectly clean bed linen, the room is locked, many people left their bags with documents and valuables - NOTHING DECREASED ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The rooms are cozy and clean! In the morning we all had breakfast, the chef - the highest score, everything was very tasty and most importantly - not expensive.

The rooms are very comfortable, everything is provided, perfectly clean bed linen, the room is locked, many people left their bags with documents and valuables - NOTHING DECREASED ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The rooms are cozy and clean! In the morning we all had breakfast, the chef - the highest score, everything was very tasty and most importantly - not expensive. We ate for breakfast: soup, buckwheat porridge with salad and egg chop, cheesecake (not small, and most importantly it was cooked on fresh cheese, it immediately felt that the cheese is real, not on chemicals and additives) and tea! All this breakfast cost us 35-40 UAH (I do not remember exactly) per person. The whole group was very pleased. At the end of breakfast, the whole group sang to the host "Many summers". The owner of the institution is a very honest, decent, pious man, to be honest, in our time it is rare.
Personally led our group on the road, wishing the "Guardian Angel" apologized if there were any inconveniences (although for us everything was at the highest level) and invited us to visit his hotel again. We would all like to return to this hotel and visit it again. If you have the opportunity to visit Yaremche, then stay only at the hotel "Under the Rock". And it was terrible!!! ! The walls between the rooms are thin, no soundproofing at all. If the light is on in the neighbor's shower cabin with a bathroom, then this can be seen through the light from our room, that is, the wall is simply sheathed on both sides with plastic clapboard without any filling!!! ! Every sound, knock, creak, conversation in the corridor or the next room - everything is audible.
