The hotel is not bad in terms of location - near the Prut River, so in the evening it's nice to look at the stars and listen to the sound of a mountain river, and in the morning it's nice to wake up to the sound of the river. It is also convenient that the Proboy waterfall is a 10-minute walk, so you can walk to it early in the morning, while there are no crowds of tourists (you need to cross the bridge near the hotel and turn left from the bridge, walking along the right bank along the river). The room was taken 8-bed 2-level (for 2 families of 4 people). Cleanliness, service, furniture, plumbing - normal, the refrigerator cooled perfectly (they took their food with them). Were in the sauna - in general, not bad, but the towels are old, there are no bathrobes and slippers, the water in the pool is icy (children could not swim) and, it seems, was not updated, the TV crackled.
The restaurant is a nightmare. The waiters were in a waddle, and instead of the promised half an hour, we waited 1.2 hours for the potato pancakes ordered for dinner, but they didn’t wait, they refused, about which the waiters did not have the slightest regret. Apparently, they are paid their salary - and that's enough, why hold on to customers. Fortunately, we had our own food with us - we had a wonderful evening on the terrace under the stars, having dinner with fruit, cheese and wine. Breakfasts were not at the best level: cabbage - bitter, instead of scrambled eggs with bacon - scrambled eggs with boiled sausage, burnt cheesecakes. Forks-knives were not served in a basket, but dumped right on the table. Coffee is bullshit. What you liked - you can for 100 UAH. rent a brazier, the coals were made for us by the promised time, but the dirt in the brazier upset us, and they offered to fry the kebabs on dirty skewers : ) (the staff did not notice that they were dirty). In general, 2*+.
