We rested in Kosovo for Christmas 2017. We were looking for a place in the city where to sit on Holy evening. At the Kosov hotel they told us: if a group comes, we will cook. If not, then no. We passed by during the day. We went in and were surprised by the procurity of the room. From the entrance to the hotel, the smell of stagnant smoke hit my nose. Ugh. No staff was seen. I don't envy those who stay there.
