For three days I resolved this issue, then we were offered to move to an even more super-duper room, in which the water also disappeared on the same day. When I said that we were leaving and demanded a refund, the owner of this establishment told me that I was inventing problems, everyone has water, but I don’t. The super-duper room was not cleaned in the same way as in the apartments (the apartments were cleaned once after a double reminder, trying to prove to me in advance that it had been cleaned after all. When I offered to go up and check, they said they would clean it. ) In general, I frayed my nerves, because the hotel has a lot of problems (of a technical nature and just a lot of things have not been thought out (there is a kitchenette where there is not even a trash can, there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, the staff is rude, who responds to your requests without correcting errors, but an indication that something is wrong with you. ) There is a desire to give this issue a legal character.
