1. When checking in, the room stank, in the morning they found out that the refrigerator tray stinks (on the back panel), they called the cleaning lady through the reception - she came 45 minutes after 3 calls
2. The order in the restaurant "hungry Forel" waited 1 hour 20 minutes - when the restaurant was 30% loaded
3. There are not enough umbrellas and sunbeds near the pool
4. Toilet bowls are leaking - all 3 in the room
