It is located next to the nature reserve, 300 meters from the famous Shepot waterfall in Transcarpathia (18 meters long). To the ski lifts 500-1400 meters. Mountain ranges here are covered with beech and coniferous forests. The boarding house is located far from the village and road noise, in the forest. The center of the village is 1 km. Recreation for tourists - lovers of nature, silence. Wooden 2-storey cottage built in 2005. Outside and inside the boarding house everything is done in wood. There is a restaurant on the ground floor in the lobby.More →

We arrived at the end of January, the trip has been planned since last year. If it weren't for the beauty we came to, we would be very disappointed that there was no snow. When we arrived, we did not expect such a rich level! This is something! ! ! ! ! Kitchen? The best in Pylypets, believe us! We rested for 5 days and visited everywhere you can eat, but such delicious food as "Under the waterfall" is nowhere to be found, and such tidiness in the rooms! PS if you are planning a trip to Pylypets, we recommend you "Under the waterfall"! Sincerely, Bogdanovsky family Oleg, Natasha and Alinka!. … More ▾ We arrived at the end of January, the trip has been planned since last year. I liked the picturesque place where the hotel is located, not far from the ski lift, there is always hot water. Ready to put up with uncomfortable beds, a small bathroom, a bad bath, etc. I will not go again because this hotel has staff (namely the owners, not waitresses) who do not want to see us vacationers. All conversations through the "lip", they react irritably to requests, but the final touch was after water dripped on my colleague's bed all night because of a leaking roof, but in the morning the owner said that nothing could be done, because because, and when they handed over us a room for a relatively large amount of money they forgot to tell us about it.

Nature. It is something. The hotel stands in the forest, this is the last building of the village of Pylypets. The air is purest. The water is simply luxurious, in terms of quality, according to research, one of the best in the world. Berries are sold in large quantities nearby. We went swimming in the Shypit waterfall. . . Personally, I'm not one of those tourists who like contemplative rest, but here my soul simply rejoiced.
Entertainment. I highly recommend the ski lift, 300 meters from the hotel. Long, about one and a half kilometers, and incredible beauty opens up. You can go to Lake Synevyr (however, the hotel does not deal with transfers) and to the neighboring village of Izki, visit an excursion to the apiary.
Number. Our room was on the second floor, two rooms, with an excellent large terrace. The idea to take off one's shoes in the common corridor below was taken with a bang. The stairs to the top are steep, but I would still control the child on any. The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious. It is very pleasant that we were immediately given a complete set for an extra bed for a child (there is still a rather comfortable folding chair) and all three of us did not have to bridge on a double bed. As for the water, we were immediately warned that the drain reservoir is not dimensionless, but no one made any claims during the week of life)))), probably because we don’t live in the shower, but only wash ourselves)).
Bath. Completely disagree with previous reviews. People specially come to this bath to take a steam bath, the room is small, but very cozy, you can pour water on stones and wet brooms, and drink local tea with honey, eh... The main decoration of the bath is a font brought from the river, natural water 5-10 degrees - it's divine, like a new birth! Only because of this water I want to come, and more than once...
Kitchen. Gorgeous. I am picky, children of different ages, swept away everything! Trout, salads, lecho, banosh, huge chops, pancakes with blueberries, cheesecakes - all from natural, pure products, very tasty, fresh. The tea is probably the best in the area. Honey, feta cheese, mushrooms. . . Tellingly, food is a priori heavy in Transcarpathia. But in this case, there were a lot of fresh and stewed vegetables, skillfully arranged, in a word, tasty and healthy food.
Attitude. Very good, friendly. Our dietary habits and requests for the kitchen were immediately remembered and then it was not necessary to repeat 20 times. Not once did anyone raise their voice at us, on the contrary, we communicated well with the owners, having received a lot of good advice about what tourists should not buy (especially food : )). She asked us to collect on the road, because. we were on a car, everything was neatly wrapped, cut, packed, the tea was filtered, and not thumped in a thermos along with grass...
In a word, it's great that now I want to leave a laudatory review about the Ukrainian holiday. Thank you Anechka and Victor! We just flourished!

Everything written below about this hotel is true. The owners are mean, stingy, meticulous and tedious people. Favorite phrase of the hosts: We have everything! But in fact, even boiling water for porridge for a child could not be interrogated. When you enter the hotel, you immediately find yourself in a cafe, there is neither a hall nor a corridor, and everyone sitting in the cafe (including the owners) starts screaming heart-rendingly to close the doors faster. … More ▾ Everything written below about this hotel is true. When you enter the hotel, you immediately find yourself in a cafe, there is neither a hall nor a corridor, and everyone sitting in the cafe (including the owners) starts screaming heart-rendingly to close the doors faster. The rooms are on the sides and on the second floor.
The owner offered a hundred times to take off the child's shoes so that he could run barefoot, you see, they have a warm floor.
The cafe prices are not small. You can't bring your own, especially booze. The four of us ate trout for 600 UAH. For their area, these are space prices!
Who does not know what a real Russian bath is, the hostess Anya will explain to you. It turns out that in their real Russian bath in the steam room it should be like in a sauna, dry and hot, and you can’t pour water on the stones for steam. And most importantly, they soak the broom in cold water.
The only plus of this hotel is its location. It really is located near the waterfall, surrounded by forests and its appearance is pretty. But once inside, you want to run out of there as quickly as possible. I don't even know how we survived five days.

We recently visited a paradise in our country. The family business has become very relevant. This is noticeable to the naked eye. The wonderful and pleasant hostess Anya cooked in such a way that you could swallow your tongue with pleasure. … More ▾ We recently visited a paradise in our country. The wonderful and pleasant hostess Anya cooked in such a way that you could swallow your tongue with pleasure. I honestly admit that my house does not have such perfect cleanliness as there. Guys, keep it up!
Your friends and maybe already friends Tanya, Oleg and dotsya Veronica.

They chose the Carpathians for a holiday with children, giving up burning in Croatia for the same money. We stopped in Pilipets, in the advertised hotel "Under the waterfall". At the settlement, the hostess Anya forced everyone to take off their shoes, walk barefoot or in their slippers. In the room we were warned that the water is limited, wash no more than three minutes, do not turn on the light once again. … More ▾ They chose the Carpathians for a holiday with children, giving up burning in Croatia for the same money. The rooms did not have soap, toilet paper, towels. At our request to bring a basin to wash children's things from the train, we were told that we are in the mountains, you can run dirty. As a result of long long requests it was possible to "knock out" from generous owners 2 towels for three people. Basin, toilet. Paper and soap did not wait.
The washing machine in the hotel is not used, due to water savings, so the bed linen is not the first freshness with stains and towels are not known how to wash.
Of the 3.5 days of stay - 2 days there was no water. After turning on the water, while bathing for more than 3 minutes, we heard the cries and knocks of the owner at the door that the water runs out.
The promised cheap food was as follows: a 15-meter "restaurant", a yellow sign nailed to the wall near the bar (as in the markets), where the menu is written with a felt-tip pen: potato 35 UAH, egg with bacon 16 UAH, cod 18 UAH / 100 , pancakes 9 UAH, cottage cheese 15 UAH, fruit dessert 15 UAH, chocolate 8 UAH, bounty 8 UAH, tea 7 UAH / cup, homemade tea 8 UAH / cup, extra boiling water 1 UAH, 1 slice (peel) of lemon 1 UAH, coffee with milk 7 UAH .
Soundproofing in the wooden house is completely absent, whispers are heard in the neighboring rooms, as well as all the sounds from the neighboring bathrooms.
Towards nightfall, the enraged hostess burst into the children's room without knocking, not understanding from which room the conversations were taking place, and shouted to close her parents' mouths.
And in the afternoon the owner allowed himself to shout at the children so that they would not play in the corridor.
PS
We were very surprised by the human qualities of the hosts from Mukachevo. Disrespectful about the locals of Pilipets. as well as their attitude to the guests who came to them, made an advance payment, which, incidentally, they refused to return
