We chose the hotel because we had already been to Polyana and knew that it was good there. But I didn’t want to go to Reikartz again. Fantasy is very nice. They settled immediately upon arrival, although for an extra charge, but I didn’t have to hang around with bags in the lobby (by the way, a luggage closet would really be appropriate). The girls at the reception are smiling, friendly and always there.
