Ужасные условия проживания!! Terrible living conditions!!

I really wanted to go to the Carpathians, relax, heal, enjoy nature... Based on all this, I decided to choose the sanatorium "Sunny Transcarpathia", the expectation was very good, because they promised a COMFORTABLE FIRST CLASS ROOM, FREE POOL, PACKAGE OF PROCEDURES, BUFFET. But when I arrived at the place, I got this reality: Entering the building, in which there are 5 floors, a surprise immediately awaited me - the ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK in the building!! ! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? ! I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the 4th floor. And here I had a question: how to get with things to your room for the elderly, or parents with small children? ! Also, there is no nurse on duty in the building, there is only one nurse on duty in the whole sanatorium and she is located only in 1 building. How can this be? ! But that was just the beginning. . . In the FIRST CLASS room (which is an order of magnitude more expensive than the second class): broken furniture!!!! , terrible old carpentry!!!! , rusty broken clothes dryer on the balcony itself!!! ! IS THIS A FIRST CLASS ROOM? ! To say that I was shocked by the number is to say nothing. When I came to the reception and asked to change my room to the one for which I paid money, I received the answer: “This is a first class room, but if you want, you can look at two more rooms. ” I was given the keys to two more rooms, going into which my horror only became more ??? ? The living conditions there were even worse: to all of the above, old plumbing was added... Although I was again convinced that these were all FIRST CLASS rooms ! ! Back in my first room, I decided to put up with it and go see the POOL. But here again an unpleasant surprise awaited me: THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR REPAIR (and judging by the appearance, it has been closed for more than a year for sure). WHY THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SANATORIUM DOES NOT WARN ABOUT THIS? ! Moreover, the POOL was of interest to me in the first place and I asked several times about the rules for using it, the answer was the same: “THE POOL IS FREE, EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE”. Of course it does, but you can’t swim in it, because there is no repair and no water. The question arose again: WHY AM I PAYING MONEY?!
Then came the gray treatment. Here again, everything is very, very deplorable... Most of the procedures are not included in the price of the tour (for example, massage), and those procedures that are included in the price are one big disappointment: all the devices are old, small stuffy corridors, terrible queues ????
In general, a quiet horror... The only thing that there were no complaints about was the FOOD! Chefs are great, everything was very tasty, good choice, fast service in the dining room????

The assessment of the resort is 2/10 (2 is only because of the BUFFET, which did not disappoint), but in general, it is better to look for some other option for relaxation! )
