The room was cleaned upon request, once again they did not bother that they liked it. We felt free, like at home. There are many excursions, and we went to Berehove on a thermal bath in our car a day later. We also visited the park in Voevodyno and Lake Synevyr. And in the evenings a couple of times they grilled a barbecue in the backyard. There are pools nearby, but we didn’t go, Berehove was enough for us)) The administrator, since we were in Transcarpathia for the first time, gave a lot of practical advice and helped organize some moments of relaxation, for which a special THANK YOU to her)) the room is clean and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and completed. Since my wife has a bad back and she is very sensitive to the quality of the mattress, we can say that here the mattresses are comfortable, of high quality, and the beds are snow-white. We went to the pump room to drink mineral water, but not for the sake of treatment, but just like that. Further I will write about my stay in the “hotel” in detail, but I will write the conclusion right away: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely. The photo and description of the hotel does not correspond to reality. Generally. The staff is just disgustingly behaving - rude, throwing things away and criticizing other hotels in the neighborhood (it was absolutely unpleasant to listen to). For the same price, you can rent a hotel room at times the best, both in terms of territory and services, for example, with breakfast included.
So. returning to Polyana Aqua Resort:
- Booked a superior double room. As a result - it was one (! ) small room under the roof - the feeling of living in the attic did not leave from the moment they crossed the threshold of the room. The room is dark, with small windows - with access to the roadway and the windows of another hotel. Such a prospect for a superior room.
- The room has a refrigerator and a microwave (when we booked the room, we were told in a telephone conversation that you can cook. That is, the only thing on which and with what you can cook your own food is a microwave). And now the most interesting. The same microwave stands 1 meter from the bed (! ). Are you seriously? ! For such devices, at least there should be a separate zone. But, nothing, they explained to us: “Before you, they lived with a child, and everything suited everyone. ”
- Administrator Natalya, who met us, turned out to be not at all as nice as she wanted to seem at the beginning. When we said that we wanted to move out of the room - she literally took our bags and threw out - yes, yes - that's right - opened the door to the street and threw out things. To the question: “What do you allow yourself? She started screaming and slamming the door. At the same time, she also pressed her hand! It is simply incomprehensible.
Having slammed the hotel gate, the “dear” administrator Natalya simply disappeared in an unknown direction, that is, she left the territory of the “hotel”, leaving us on the street.
- Photo on the website of the "hotel". Of these, only the photos of the rooms are true - what belongs to the "hotel". All other photos - with a pump room, a lake, sports fields, etc. - are either public attractions or are the property of other hotels. For example, a photo of a lake that you can see on advertising sites. This lake has nothing to do with Polyana Aqua Resort. From the "hotel" to the lake you need to walk about 1.5 km. And this lake is an attraction for absolutely every vacationer in the village. Glade, and not just those who live in the Polyana Aqua Resort hotel - as the owners of the "hotel" say about this in the description. And you won’t be able to go fishing or barbecue on this lake (which is again provided in the description of the “hotel”), because.
a) the lake is located on the territory of another boarding house; b) as I wrote above, absolutely everyone living in the village has access to it. Glade; c) there are simply no places for barbecues, and fishing is prohibited. But why not just write to lure tourists? )
- This, perhaps, is all I wanted to say, because we stayed at the hotel for only about an hour, until we found another - many times more comfortable place to stay - but during this time we managed to understand from the inside how things really are in " hotel. "

We were waited for, settled immediately, even though we arrived much earlier than the check-in time. It was nice and there was a feeling that we were the most long-awaited guests)). From a long tiring road, this was important !! ! The apartment is very clean, newly renovated. Furniture and appliances too. The room had a panoramic view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony. there are many restaurants and cafes in the area, delicious food and we loved going to them, although the room had its own kitchenette. Cleaned the room every day and very high quality. Towels were changed upon request, which was very convenient for us. Since we were the first time, the information support of the administrator was very helpful when choosing excursions and other entertainment. Usually, we went skiing before lunch (almost 1.5 km nearby), after lunch we went to the pool which is opposite. There is a brazier in the backyard, and we cooked kebabs, I want to note that they are especially tasty in Transcarpathia) The rest was eventful and a success! We want to come back in the summer.
