You need to go by train to Volovets station. And then by bus to the place of residence. If you live near Shipot, it is 12 km, and if you live near the lake, it is 60 km. waterfall on foot and there is an opportunity to climb the mountain.

From Volovets it is always easier to get to Shipot because there are more buses and then go. and I do not know about Synevir. The village of Synevyr, Synevyrska Polyana and the village of Kolochava are all together, so you need to choose the house you want to live in.

You can stay in Pylypets, in Hazdivska hut. I rested there. You can walk to Shipot, take Synevir on an excursion (extra charge). I don't know about the Old Village and the crocuses. You need to go to Volovets by train, and order a transfer from the hotel. Without a car, I would not recommend this route. These are villages. There the bus goes in the morning and in the evening (roughly speaking). There is a decent distance between each point. It is better to take excursions from the place of settlement separately to flowers, separately to Synevyr and Kolochava. You can also visit the brown bear rehabilitation center.

Traveling in the Carpathians without a car is tiring and not very interesting. There is a wonderful tour operator "Visit " in Lviv, which organizes excellent tours of Western Ukraine in general and the Carpathians in particular. They have one-day and multi-day tours to the Carpathians: historical, gastronomic, local history, in the valleys of crocuses, wild daffodils and tulips. Visit their website, make routes, sign up by phone and on the road. In Lviv you can rent any hotel, from very cheap to very expensive. I can recommend the Hotel Kaiser (former Caesar), the hotel for guests organizes very interesting tours (night, theatrical, in carriages, retro cars for every taste and budget). Kill two hares - and look at Lviv and rest in the Carpathians.
