In winter, without a car - only museums, castles, a wine cellar, a fair if available ... you can drive. And nature is fixed in winter - a hostel or a sanatorium, a ski resort. Even to go to vats in Lumshory from Uzhgorod, the road in the snow is about 1.5 hours by minibus + back + schedule. , steamed with a child, then with an overnight stay .... Again, it all depends on the route. Excursions with backpacks and bags are not very convenient.
