Отличный семейный отель, чисто, все под рукой! Great family hotel, clean, everything is at hand!

Traveled with my husband and 10 year old child. All liked it. The food is delicious, the portions are normal, the child was ordered before, due to the fact that his food is special! And so, if he ate everything, then two servings and three would be enough!! ! Purely. It is very good that the hotel has a training slide with a normal, adequate instructor. I don't know why in the review they wrote that the instructor was bad. Our child went skiing for the first time, after studying with an instructor, he was already flying in an hour !! ! It's great to go sledging or tubing near the hotel!!! ! Fun!! ! Sauna okay! Billiards, tennis - please! The staff is all polite and friendly, the administrator - Irina too. And, of course, the hostess of the hotel, Svetlana, is a wonderful sympathetic person and an attentive leader!!! ! My back grabbed, so she personally gave me oil for rubbing and painkillers (although, it would seem she needs it!!! ) Thank you!! ! We will definitely come again!! !
