In Volosyanka we rested for two years in a row in the summer in the Bear Tower, we know the way. From Volosyanka the road leads up to the hamlet of Reshitka, where the Ilz complex is located. Orders were made through the site for the promotion - booking a cottage of 2 or more days + 1 day as a gift. We got to the mountain with adventures, our car could not get up, so we had to leave it near the nearest house, it is good that people are friendly and kind, agreed to keep the car with them and helped call transport (horses), who took us to the mountain with speeches . . Local taxi driver Vasyl wanted 700 hryvnias, Larysa (administrator) warned us on the phone not to agree to such an amount, because they can bring from Slavsk for 350 hryvnias.
Serhiy from the administration suggested that their employee come down behind us in a Niva car, but our children wanted to ride horses)) if there was another opportunity for children from the city?
I liked the cottage, very clean, warm, large bathroom, kitchen and everything you need) two bedrooms on the second floor (it would be nice if you put there another closet) and a large living room. There was a slight misunderstanding about the booking, but at that time the owner was on the spot and together with the administrator Larissa solved this problem and apologized for the inconvenience.
Would I advise others to come here? Of course yes! ! ! Even with the small inconveniences and disadvantages, you turn a blind eye to everything, because the fact that your mountain and your lift without queues (in Zakhara people stood in line for half an hour) and friendly staff - this is the most important thing for beginner skiers like us.
I wish the staff and owners not to stop there, to improve the service, to listen to complaints and wishes and you will have many customers and 10 in the ranking.
