Rested during the New Year, 4 days. The service at the hotel was amazing! The staff is trying, the administrator at the reception is sincerely ready to help in resolving any issues. Upon arrival settled at about 11 am instead of 14:00 in the afternoon. The waiters and the bartender in the restaurant serve very well, orders were taken and given out quickly, they advised on the choice of dishes, and in general it was pleasant to be in a restaurant with such service.

The service at the hotel was amazing! The staff is trying, the administrator at the reception is sincerely ready to help in resolving any issues. Upon arrival settled at about 11 am instead of 14:00 in the afternoon. The waiters and the bartender in the restaurant serve very well, orders were taken and given out quickly, they advised on the choice of dishes, and in general it was pleasant to be in a restaurant with such service. The food in this restaurant is not for everyone, there is tastier, there is worse. Buffet breakfast. There was porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables, tea, coffee, juice, etc.
The hotel does not have a ramp for lifting suitcases. I had to carry it up the stairs. It also doesn't have an elevator! Be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs (there are 5 floors in the hotel). The rooms are designed in the minimalist style of the early 2000s. The standard does not have a kettle, refrigerator, glasses, tea / coffee, hair dryer. They provide disposable hotel slippers. The towels were shabby, but clean. The water pressure in the shower in my room was very weak. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. There is no upper holder for the shower head. Taking a shower will not work, only pouring yourself a watering can. There is no plug in the bathroom drain.
Taking a bath after a frost will not work either. The toilet brush needs to be changed. No mold or mildew in the bathroom! The room had a tiny TV. Showed 3 channels. All 3 channels were Russian channels. Our Ukrainians are not. The Patriots would not like it critically. Blackout curtains, you can sleep well even during daylight hours. The mattresses are quite hard. My back hurt. The hotel accepts tourists with animals, but you need to agree in advance when booking. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear all the conversations of the neighbors. The rooms are clean, there are toiletries: soap, shampoo, shower gel. I had an unglazed balcony. The floors below are glazed. The view from the window is partly on the road, mostly on the mountains. The hotel has table tennis. It took 10 minutes by taxi from the train station.
On the plus side, I can single out the staff.
Of the minuses, the lack of an elevator and filling the rooms.
Bottom line: for my money in the summer - this hotel is a great option, but for the winter holidays I would look for something else.

Great hotel location. Terrace with beautiful views, where it is nice to have breakfast. Friendly and friendly staff. It was one of the best hotels I've been to. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am writing this in order to warn you and convey to you important information about what is happening there! I want to warn all parents and visitors of this terrible hotel! This is not horror! This is HELL!!! ! Parents please do not send children to this camp! I am writing this in order to warn you and convey to you important information about what is happening there! I will begin to describe everything in order, since it was very boiling on the part of the mother, whose child was in this camp!
1. The hotel after the fire, the uttermost unsanitary conditions! Zero disinfection!
2. The children have all been ill with rotovirus, which is walking around the hotel! At the request of disinfection, simply wipe everything with bleach. The staff did not respond, they answered requests in a boorish manner!
3. He is the owner or director, he just got into the car and left the hotel! Leaving everything to his own devices! He does not care about the condition of the children, so to speak!
4. The dishes are washed all by hand, again those who do not wash them properly and in complete anger did not answer why there is no disinfection of appliances!
We live in the 21st century, can you at least buy dishwashers?
5. The owner saves on everything, there are few staff, they simply cannot cope with the amount of work and therefore they see themselves angry and inadequate!
6. Remon is going to the hotel on the 4th floor. They constantly drill and knock, what kind of rest?
7. And most importantly, I want to warn all parents, in one night the ambulance came 3 times to the children! There is no elementary doctor in the children's camp.
Draw your own conclusions, you decide where to send your children, but this is not a camp, this is a concentration camp for survival!

We had a rest with a group of children for 2 shifts in the Terem camp. The landscapes were very impressive. Great, clean comfortable rooms with mountain views, closed area. Very tasty cuisine, many different dishes, fruit (buffet). The children were delighted with interesting excursions, competitions, entertainment programs.

Great place for kids! For the 4th year in a row, the children of our class, together with the teachers, spend 2 unforgettable weeks in Terem. And every year our company grows. The kids are looking forward to this trip. After all, this is a time filled with fun, communication, excursions, competitions, quests.

The room was good, without any cons. The hotel is located near the Zakhar Berkut mountain, you can even walk there. The hotel has a sauna, billiards, free table tennis, a restaurant. Basically, everything was good in the hotel. We had breakfast, we even had a choice. You could take pancakes, scrambled eggs, quite good breakfasts. The service was good, there were no complaints about the employees. Most of all I liked the rooms in the hotel, clean, beautiful, cleaned with panoramic windows. But as such, I did not notice the minuses. If you decide to relax in this hotel, I advise you to definitely visit the sauna and play billiards and tennis. Here is a wonderful relaxing holiday, as a distraction from everyday life is perfect.

We checked into the hotel after 23:00, the reception is round the clock, which is important. The price per room is the lowest compared to other accommodation in Slavske for these dates. We rested with my wife in a warm Standard room with one double bed and a clean toilet room with a bathtub and a toilet within the room.

In three places, there were wallpapers that had lagged behind the wall, which was annoying only for two days, then somehow... For all the time, towels and bedding were never changed, on the 7th day they took out the garbage from the bathroom. The view from the window is beautiful: mountains, smereki, titmouse birds, etc. You can't describe everything - you have to see it. To the railway station - more than 4 km (taxi 80 UAH), to the nearest shops - also far away. The restaurant is nice, but with the service - there is a catastrophic lack of full-time employees. It is impossible to order something extra for breakfast - even simple breakfasts do not have time to cook. For dinner, the order waited from 30 (norm) to 70 minutes (! ). For the last dinner before leaving, they ordered boiled veal, and ate almost wooden beef. I really liked the wild pig dish, if yes, then yes. Of the advantages of the location - only 1.5 km. on the way to the village of Volosyanka with a chair lift (unlimited 400-500 UAH/day) to Zakhar Berkut, where you can ski (100-120 UAH/person)
On March 8, in the morning, the owner congratulated every woman in the hotel with a tulip and ordered a free holiday program for the guests for the evening, for which many thanks to him!! ! I liked the restaurant - delicious, prices are ok and a terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains. There are pavilions with barbecues, you can make a barbecue, which we took advantage of.

Restaurant. Along with the standard regular dishes, there were various counters of the restaurant chef - a salad of tongue, ham and mushrooms, stuffed oranges, stewed rabbit. There are interesting specialty cocktails.
Rooms. There was a junior suite with a panoramic window. This caused excitement. Lying on the couch and admiring the mountains is cool. Beds are ok. Hot water was almost constant. Furniture is normal. Towels, slippers - everything is fine. Large lounge with seating. There is a tennis table on one of the floors.
At the end of the stay, we met with the manager of the hotel, Alexander. A good soulful guy who treated us to branded lard, excellent cognac, Carpathian tea, stewed rabbit. He told a lot of interesting things about the situation in the hotel during the raider takeover, about the work to eliminate problems, about plans for the future. Before leaving, he gave me a bucket of excellent honey.
I can’t say anything about skiing, rental and other things, I was not lucky with snow.
In general, the impression is positive, very satisfied. If I go to those parts, then I will respond to Sasha's offer and stop in Terem.

Internet, billiards, sauna, stated in the description is also not entirely true. Internet is downstairs in the lobby, it is not in the rooms! Billiards and tennis are dead tables, instead of a cue stick, a combed stick that cannot be played. Sauna is not working. Yes, films are shown in the evenings, but this is not enough as entertainment when it rains and there is nothing left but TV. Breakfast is small but tasty. The price is acceptable in the restaurant. The room, at first glance, is good, but I didn’t like the dirt and debris behind the bedside table and the closet door that was almost torn off, plus excellent audibility of everything that was happening in other rooms. Bathrobes, slippers, soap are apparently not provided : ( The beauty of nature and panoramic windows smooth out the cons, but I would like the service to be at a higher level.
