We stayed at Villa-Kvitka for the first time. In short, cozy, you can say home hotel.
a warm welcome of each guest is conducive to a pleasant relaxing holiday. The hotel staff is very friendly and always goes to meet the wishes. All our requests were fulfilled. There is a feeling that you are with friends in the country.
There are few rooms, They are located in such a way that there are no neighbors on the floor above : ). Unfortunately, the soundproofing with the corridor is "not very", but due to the fact that there are few people, this is not particularly worrisome. Any water is available, everything is clean and well maintained.
The area is very well maintained and beautiful. If you are lucky with the weather, you can wander around the mountain and ride a bike. Walk down to the river and the sanatorium or sunbathe and swim in the pool. Everywhere is clean, beautiful, the birds are singing and walking on the lawn.

Going on a tour is also not a problem. I ordered a massage, I liked it, I took another session : ).
Separately, I want to say about the restaurant: I really liked the cuisine. And strudel with apples and pancakes with strawberries are a delight. The breakfast included in the price of the room is sufficient. You can ask what will happen for tomorrow and choose another breakfast if something does not fit (like my diet).
It is convenient that the guests are met at the railway station and brought back to the train : ) by an employee on the hotel's minibus.
In general, the hotel is suitable for a very relaxing holiday in silence, surrounded by forest, for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle.
