Traveled with my husband and 2 year old child. We agreed in advance on an early check-in, everything went quickly, the girl was friendly, she gave a mini tour of the hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The territory is quite large, a river flows along the entire hotel, it is not far from the road but it is not visible or heard at all, there are many tall trees that create shade, the view of the mountains is simply gorgeous. Since we traveled with a child and rarely got out of the hotel, the infrastructure in the hotel itself was important to us, in principle, everything is there: the pool (the heating did not work, and the size is small, we went to Patsyorka for 50 UAH per person), playground, rabbits))), river, restaurant, billiards, salt room, children's room. The hotel itself is quite new and tastefully built, the materials were not spared. Rooms for every budget and taste: from standard to chalets with a fireplace. Lots of rooms overlooking the river. We lived in a suite, and then extended for 2 more days in a junior suite. The rooms are good, although there were minor flaws, then the TV set was not set up, then the socket broke, then the brazier smokes under the windows. I would add air conditioning, in the summer it gets hot without it. The kitchen is normal, but the preparation is long, order in advance. The restaurant is closed from 11 am to 2 pm. The menu is on the site, the breakfasts are good, in addition to the standard set, they also fed meat. The service is good, the guys are trying. There is a summer playground in the yard, there is a cinema in the evenings and you can eat.
For outdoor enthusiasts are great, rafting, excursions. There are no shops nearby, you have to go.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the hotel is really good (especially when compared with the others nearby), but there is still work to be done. The prices are high, but now it’s like this everywhere (((we went with a 50% discount, if it weren’t for this, I would probably find fault more.
