We arrived on Independence Day, there were a lot of people. I ordered through booking, so I did not know that this is not just a hotel, but a holiday complex, and it is allowed to enter not only the residents of the hotel. The room itself is clean and well equipped (lived in an improved standard). But the soundproofing is bad, so you will hear both music from the cafe downstairs and what your neighbors are watching on TV in the morning.

We were served pasta with sausage and gravy, which was simply impossible to eat due to the huge amount of mivina seasoning. Since the choice of cafes on the territory is small - we decided to have lunch here. The same story - in french fries and chops without sparing poured spices. (Potatoes need to be ordered and paid for in a nearby cafe, because the waiters do not have time). Unqualified waitresses who do their make-up on the territory of the cafe. This is one of the disadvantages.
Pros: Very nice and well-groomed area, well equipped.
But, I think, it is a merit of a complex "black mountain"
So I advise you to stay in another hotel, and come here just to swim and sunbathe

from the pros: very quiet, out of town, in a biosphere reserve. Insanely beautiful, simply breathtakingly beautiful, unity with nature. The room is quite normal, min. a set of accessories is. There is a petting zoo, a swimming pool, a pond, an excellent sunbathing area with personal sun loungers. We were very lucky in the staff at the bar, a very pleasant girl and boy worked, on the last day the situation worsened.

There is a petting zoo, a swimming pool, a pond, an excellent sunbathing area with personal sun loungers. We were very lucky in the staff at the bar, a very pleasant girl and boy worked, on the last day the situation worsened. The owner himself, and the staff of the whole complex, is very attentive and scrupulous about the cleanliness and order around. I liked that children are not allowed to jump into the pool, for many this is not pleasant.
from the cons:
very bad road from the highway Kyiv - chop drove at a speed of 40-60 km. very loud music in the bar. It's just too loud, It's clear that everyone is young, but it was annoying. The menu is a little limited, especially the breakfasts. there is no hair dryer and refrigerator in the room, on weekends there are a lot of people who rent sun loungers and gazebos, but in the evening everyone disperses.
From the conclusions: this is a great place to relax outside the city if you live not very far.

Vacationers in August 2017 did not like. The nature is beautiful but the service is excellent. The child swims and dives well, but it turns out she can not because only 10 years at least paid as an adult. "Rescuer" followed us on his heels and itching can not be spoiled the whole holiday. When no one sees the child's head in the frog, no one sees that the child is diving with his parents.
