My husband and I tried to relax in May 2016, ordered a double “Lux” through the administrator of the sanatorium and paid for the reservation - 390 UAH. per day of stay. Before paying, I fully clarified all the nuances of interest with the administrator: filling the room, whether there is Internet in the rooms, the relevance of prices in the restaurant today, etc. And then the long-awaited day has come! My husband and I drove 860 km from Kyiv by car and reached the long-awaited goal... And it began... We were settled in an uncleaned room, centuries-old dust everywhere, mirrors smeared with a rag, euro-windows sealed with tape, "killed" furniture, creaky bed. The bathroom does not stand up to any criticism at all, all the wall tiles are covered in stucco and, sorry, shmarkachki. Instead of two broken doors of the shower cabin, a dirty curtain is hanging (or rather standing) with fungus and stains, the cabin itself is in fungus and centuries-old limescale. From previous vacationers, we got a “complement”: a used shower cap and the remains of the gel, and what if someone else comes in handy, why throw it away... I finally finished off the rest of the toilet paper, a third of the roll, instead of a new and whole one. Before that, I had a different idea about the room of the "Lux" category. They made a remark to the administrator, asked to send a maid and clean it, they sent it, but little has changed... in this room you need not just clean it, but do repairs and general cleaning. It was disgusting to wash in such conditions, but there was no hot water either, summer flowed intermittently. The last straw was the lack of all means of communication: television, mobile communications (there is only at the window) and the Internet (I checked, they said there is one in every room). In the restaurant, prices are 2 times higher than those stated in the price list on the website, be financially prepared for this... The administrator simply ran away from us from numerous complaints, refused to provide another room, and there is no Wi-Fi, because the trees are tall... Pretty drunk people were allowed into the pool in the evening men from the street, what kind of hygiene can we talk about. We spent the night in Lux hell, afraid to once again touch something, so as not to stick... We checked out in the morning, they apologized to us, but no one was particularly interested that they ruined our vacation, how much money we spent to get to them, that we were given false information. People, do not see each other in the picture, polite and deceitful staff, do not destroy your vacation. The beauty of nature will not be able to overshadow the "homeless" living conditions. Once, probably, it was good in this sanatorium. "Dear" managers and staff, remove the srach, stop lying to vacationers about the conditions, People come to you, not pigs. We were ready to leave you 10.000 - 15.000 UAH. , but were forced to leave for another sanatorium, fortunately for less money and luxury conditions. We will remember you as a bad dream, which in our life May never happen again!
