I stayed in this hotel in November with my wife. They took it as a "burning" ticket. The hotel is basically normal - the average four. Accordingly, from here we have a four-star territory, four-star food and four-star service : -)
Rest in the winter can be attributed to the fact that ONLY one pool is heated, and all the rest are empty and even tourists heated by alcohol do not risk swimming in them.
Accordingly, the whole party is "tied" around one pool and with sunbeds there as in a war, by the way, the same situation with sunbeds on the beach. Fortunately, enterprising Arabs for a dollar will take you where you need and how much you need.
The territory of the hotel does not shine with special chic, but you will not find wilted plants there either - the gardener is trying to maintain order. Lots of palm trees and lawns.

Meals in hotels do not shine with a special variety, but acceptable-normal. There is no standard breakfast for Egypt, lunch is normal, seafood and dishes from the chef delight for dinner.
In previous reviews, they complained about the quality of service, it seems to me there is more of a human factor, among the Arabs, as well as among other nations, there are different people... so it's like in a lottery - how lucky.
The reef is a solid four, but how about the whole hotel !!!
Conclusion: a tourist experienced in trips to Egypt has nothing to do in this hotel, but for those who are for the first time - that's it !! !
