Between 26.08. 2010 to 09.09. In 2010, my wife and child (1 year 5 months) rested on a tour purchased from you in Greece at the Simantro Beach Hotel (Chalkidiki) under the “Mom and Baby” program. During the rest, significant shortcomings in the service at the hotel were identified, which were not provided for by the terms of the tour, namely:
1. The room did not have a baby bed provided for by the terms of the tour. She was granted only after long persistent requests (almost a scandal).
2. There was no kettle in the room to prepare baby food. It was only granted a few days before departure.
3. There was no children's menu. From the general menu, it was possible to choose only something for the child for breakfast, the rest of the time there was no food for children.

The water in the restaurant, located in the coolers, turned out to be from an ordinary tap and sometimes smelled disgusting. As a result, all of us as a family were ill with an unknown intestinal infection. As we learned later, many children and adults in this hotel had such an infection. Fortunately, it lasts no more than 2 days and does not have serious consequences (although it may have).
5. At our request to call a doctor, the latter did not appear. Although he promised to arrive in 1 hour.
6. We were put in a room with two separate beds, although they knew perfectly well that we had arrived as a family.
7. In the neighborhood, through the wall from the room, discos were systematically held until 1-2 am. At the same time, we have a small child who has to go to bed at 22:00. To my repeated demands, the hotel administration said that they could not do anything about it, they refused to relocate us or stop the discos.

The baby stroller provided by the "Mom and Baby" program was provided to us in a terrible condition. The wheels fell off and went in different directions, all the fasteners and the frame were deformed. They refused to replace the stroller, as there was no other. They promised to fix it, but after a few days. As a result, we had to rewind everything with tape and use what we have for the whole vacation.
9. I was very surprised that the key to the safe in the room is provided for a fee (this despite the fact that we went on vacation on the All Inclusive system).
10. There was no Internet WiFi which was indicated in the description of the hotel. There were computers with paid Internet, but without a Russian keyboard they were useless.
11. In the room, sewage flowed directly onto the bathroom floor. If you turn on the water in the bathroom and wash your hands in the sink, then the floor in the bathroom is filled with water through a hole in the floor.

13. We had to sleep with the window open and on the first night mosquitoes bit our child. The administration refused to poison mosquitoes in our room and offered to purchase special mosquito repellents in their store. After we learned from the maids that they are obliged to poison mosquitoes in the rooms, we again turned to the administrator, after which they poisoned the mosquitoes in our room, but they did not provide mosquito repellent.
To be fair, I consider it necessary to note the good work with the children of the animators. They treated children kindly and with interest, organized games, discos and occupied children in every possible way, trying to make their vacation interesting.
All of the above shortcomings have significantly reduced the quality of the vacation we planned and are the basis for reducing the cost of the tour and returning part of its cost.

From myself I want to add that the service in the hotel is very weak. We arrived at the hotel around 22.00, we were given the keys to the room and sent to look for a room on our own, along with our luggage, referring to the fact that the porter had already ended his working day. And the hotel is not small...
I was very surprised that beach towels were issued only at a strictly defined time from 10 to 12 o'clock. And that's it!! ! ! !
The rooms were cleaned disgustingly, in two weeks of being under the bed, no one washed the floor even once.
And yet, in September, disabled people were brought to the hotel, they are not noisy people, but there is little pleasant.
On the positive side, it can be noted that the food was quite tasty in the restaurant, but for a child for lunch and dinner the choice is not large - pasta (they are always there), something like cutlets, sometimes mashed potatoes, boiled chicken. There was always boiled or stewed meat and vegetables.
Great beach for kids, shallow entrance to the sea. Before lunch, complete calm, and after lunch, small waves.
You can rent a car from the hotel at a reasonable price. We took Gets for 7 days and paid 230 euros for it.
To go to this hotel or not, it's up to you, but I would not return there a second time.
