The room was with the 1st bed (one and a half), it was impossible for two to fit there! Considering that a 2-bed room with 2 beds was ordered! And paid accordingly. When I discovered this (my mother stayed in the room with a suitcase and things that we managed to lift to the 2nd floor), I went downstairs, the time was already well past 0:00 at night, the registrar phoned someone there to clarify the circumstances of the reservation and having found out everything, she stated that in the building where we are currently located there is no free room that we booked !! ! And we can either stay in the one that has already been provided to us. Or the driver will take us to another building, which is located 10 minutes away. Since for two, the bed was too small, we decided to go. Although they were tired ((((and very upset that it happened! It turns out. Our room was sold to someone else !! ! (((((We arrived there, we were immediately given a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator !! ! And we went up the stairs at night with a suitcase and things!!! ((((The room was quite cozy and clean, but as soon as we opened the door to the bathroom......., all the accessories - everything is as it should be, but the smell!! ! Only when the door to the bathroom was closed, there was no smell in the room. Of course, I would not stay in such a room for a minute, because I know that the smell of sewerage can cause poisoning But my mother was with me, who was very tired and I didn’t want to pull her again. everything is in place. My subsequent malaise during the day was due precisely to the fact that oh but breathe there while she cleaned herself up. Fortunately, upon arrival in Italy, where the reception was at the highest level during the day, I felt better. It’s a pity that in Russia the service is so lame (((it’s a shame for the Motherland!

Booked two rooms in this hotel in February for foreign citizens staying in Russia with a connection in Vnukovo. Due to the fact that the embassy did not issue them a visa on time, they had to change the date of arrival in Russia and move it 2 days later... The airline changed our arrival dates without any problems, having phoned this hotel and talked with the manager, we were also informed that there were no No problem, we won't charge you any fees.

As a result, the guests arrived, paid in cash at the hotel for two rooms for one night, spent the night safely from February 12 to 13 and flew on. And the hotel....after waiting 2 months!!!!!!!... for no apparent reason deducted payment for these rooms from a bank card again !!!! ! They categorically refuse to return the payment, explaining this by a fine for non-entry, although people entered and spent the night safely there. In no case do I advise you to contact this hotel, especially to book rooms by entering your bank card details.
