We chose this hotel together with the managers of 1001 tours! According to the photos and description, everything was fine! The check-in happened instantly, they charged us 100 dirhams for 10 nights (you pay taxes to the state). We went up to the room - the rooms are clean, but very dark, there is little light! Air conditioners work well! The tea set that they write about in all rooms was for a fee, but there is a kettle in all rooms. On the first day there was no toilet paper in the toilet, then they brought it after our request! The rooms are cleaned every day! The staff at the hotel does not speak Russian at all! The hotel has 4 clubs of different nationalities (Arabic, Iranian, etc. ).
The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby - shops, shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most important metro station is nearby - Al Rigga.
The food at the hotel is not bad, but you get bored with the same thing every day! From fruit every day, watermelon, along with it one day a banana, the other day pineapple and oranges. Different salads, cake and croissants every day for breakfast. Drinks only juice, tea and coffee.
By the way, in December, nothing worked at the hotel on the 6th floor, the pool was closed for repairs, the gym was closed for repairs. Although no one warned us about this!
We had HB food - breakfast and dinner, we arrived at the hotel and were told that there was no dinner at the hotel at all, there would be only breakfast and lunch.
From the hotel at 9 am, the bus takes people to the beach, and at 13-00 comes for people. The beach is paid - entrance is 5 dirhams, sunbeds are paid 15 dirhams. Monday and Wednesday are women's day, men are not allowed to go to the beach...
In general, we liked everything, because we were only at the hotel at night, we came to sleep, the rest of the time we walked around the city, shopping centers and went on excursions!

When we saw the room offered to us, we gasped, it was not at all what was in the photo of the hotel, a shabby, smoky room, with old peeling bedspreads, we immediately said that we were non-smokers and that they changed our room, they changed it without any problems, the room was better. And everything would be fine, there are a lot of closets in the room, an LCD TV, the furniture is good, and the bedspreads are decent, but the bed linen. . . The next day, I found a huge hole on the sheet, asked to change the sheet, they changed it, the duvet cover was changed only after three days, and after three days the pillowcases, as it turned out later, there was also a hole in the duvet cover, in general, in 10 days we only changed the bed once. For some reason, only one bathrobe hung in the closet, although there were two pairs of slippers. The towels are all washed out, gray in color, and even they did not report when we asked for another towel, so they gave us generally dirty, with stains from mascara for the eyes, it seems that they were transferred from one room to another. They cleaned terribly, water was constantly flowing in the toilet, and they didn’t even wash it, there was a terrible smell from the toilet, you always had to make sure that the lid was closed, the sink was also not washed, it was covered in yellow stains, there was dust all around, especially on lamps on the bedside tables, just a finger thick, I don’t talk about the balcony at all, there was generally centuries-old dust, so we never went out to the balcony again. But you can’t say anything, because the cleaner pretends that he doesn’t understand anything (allegedly), neither in English, nor in Russian, nor on his fingers, he only spreads his arms, they asked us to report tea, it turned out that this is also a problem, gave it out almost with tears, doing us a great favor, in general, the service is still the same. If someone thinks that we didn’t give him a tip, and because of this such an attitude, then I assure you, they did, but everything remained the same. Now about the restaurant. Not only is it very small, it is located next to the reception, but if someone remembers the canteens of the Soviet times, the interior is about the same, there are peeling polished tables, without any tablecloths, on the tables there are only plastic substrates on which the knife lies, a fork and a paper napkin, after each visitor, crumbs are brushed off with a rag, and the next one sits down. The food is monotonous, there is little choice, but they cooked normally, we were not hungry. And yet, the hotel has a nightclub, so you can hear the music on all floors. Construction site next to the hotel. Now I am returning to "Natalih Tours", we saw the guide only once, the next day, we ordered excursions from her, and she did not show us again. We were still lucky, we talked with other vacationers from other tour operators, I will not voice their names, so they could not wait for the guides for several days. Now about the beach. They took us to the beach every morning at 9.00 o'clock. and picked up from the beach at 12.45 pm. , but it was necessary to get off to the bus in advance, because there might not be enough seats, latecomers left later, on the same minibus. The bus that was taken to the beach was small, old and with broken dirty seats, one thing only reassured that it took 10 minutes to get to the beach. On the roof of the hotel there is a small swimming pool, who are too lazy to go to the beach, you can sunbathe there.

But Lola called an ambulance, waited for her with us, helped when communicating with the doctor and then all week she inquired about her husband’s well-being and empathized with him, and she did it not on duty, but from the bottom of her heart!
I also liked the honesty of the staff - even though the mini-bar remained in the room all the time - nothing was taken out : )
In conclusion: I don’t know why the hotel was awarded 4, according to various reviews, I realized that in many ways even the best conditions are in triples.
