I can really tell the truth about the hotel: 1) they do not have a gym, which they write about! 2) there is no internet in the room. 3) the rooms have a stove for cooking, but there is no promised minimum set of dishes - such as a kettle, saucepan, cups. back!! ! Like they don't understand anything in Bulgarian and it seems fun to him! 5) It is very cold in the bathroom, it is not heated in any way.

Like they don't understand anything in Bulgarian and it seems fun to him! 5) It is very cold in the bathroom, it is not heated in any way. 7) There is no refrigerator in the room. 8) Cleaners do not clean well or do not clean at all. 9) they have a shortage of towels!! ! 2 towels for the whole week for two people! 10) the room is heated by 2 electric "blowers", which constantly make noise and spark from time to time, but if you turn them off, it will be quite cold . . 11) Breakfast is not tasty. 12) None of the hotel employees know what time you need to vacate the room when you move out!!!
In general, not a hotel, but just a lot of understatements and inconveniences that tourists, unfortunately, have to recognize already on the spot and put up with it, since the money has been paid, and they don’t want to spoil their vacation. Every day someone came down to the reception with all sorts of complaints. . . The only plus of this hotel is its location. Convenient and close to the ski lift and all kinds of entertainment and eating establishments.

All liked it. The ski lift and the city center are practically across the road. The food at the hotel is excellent. And most importantly, a steam bath and a sauna and a pool with a jacuzzi. I liked the massage the most. If someone goes to order the masseuse Dora at the reception, she is just super.
