I can really tell the truth about the hotel: 1) they do not have a gym, which they write about! 2) there is no internet in the room. 3) the rooms have a stove for cooking, but there is no promised minimum set of dishes - such as a kettle, saucepan, cups. back!! ! Like they don't understand anything in Bulgarian and it seems fun to him! 5) It is very cold in the bathroom, it is not heated in any way. 7) There is no refrigerator in the room. 8) Cleaners do not clean well or do not clean at all. 9) they have a shortage of towels!! ! 2 towels for the whole week for two people! 10) the room is heated by 2 electric "blowers", which constantly make noise and spark from time to time, but if you turn them off, it will be quite cold . . 11) Breakfast is not tasty. 12) None of the hotel employees know what time you need to vacate the room when you move out!!!
