Towels in the room - 2 per person (in a 4 * hotel there should be 4 towels). If you want more, it's better to take 1 bath with you, because you can't ask at the reception. In the shower room, the shower holder is all black with mold, the heated towel rail is stained with mold. From the drain hole in the shower - sewer smell.
The rooms do not vacuum the carpet.
Imagine how it can be spoiled for so many days, given the fact that tourists pass in shoes from the street.
From the cleaning, only the garbage will be thrown away, that's all.
The pastel was changed only 1 time in 10 days. Soap is changed if it runs out, there is no shampoo at all, towels are changed if you throw them on the floor. Shower cap - 1 for the entire stay,
so don't throw away if you go to this hotel.
On the toilet there is a handle, not a button, it does not flush completely from 1 time,
you need to press -5 times, they save on water, on light, on tourists.

In the dining room plates with chips, cracks, splinters. The kitchen is good overall. The tables are not wiped, the food is cold, there are no teaspoons. There are no pepper and salt shakers on the tables either, you have to ask. No green tea, only black and herbal tea bags. Juices are diluted terribly - in apparatuses: 1:10 - 1 part of juice, 10 - of water. Even in Russia they don't dilute it like that. They asked to add cocoa to the machine, a rude girl from the hotel employee said "impossible". The staff is rude, unfriendly. The maids are apparently waiting for a tip. Let them wait, don't wait.
For such a service, I would give 2 * and even more so no tip.
In a 4 * hotel there should be daily cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, daily change of towels, washing the floor in the shower without any reminders. It wasn't here.
They do not like Russian tourists and it is clear that we are not welcome at the hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
