The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the center of Prague, just a 7-minute walk from Wenceslas Square. The hotel is suitable for lovers of noisy streets of the city, as well as for vacationers who require peace and quiet after daytime excursions and business meetings.More →

My husband and I rested in the hotel, the place is calm, quiet, Wenceslas Square is a 10-15 minute walk, but....The room, firstly, is equipped with old shabby furniture, and secondly, a double room with two single beds pushed together is not terribly convenient, thirdly, cleaning leaves much to be desired (dust is visible even to the naked eye, a blanket in the hair, a telephone receiver in greasy prints is not acceptable). … More ▾ My husband and I rested in the hotel, the place is calm, quiet, Wenceslas Square is a 10-15 minute walk, but....The room, firstly, is equipped with old shabby furniture, and secondly, a double room with two single beds pushed together is not terribly convenient, thirdly, cleaning leaves much to be desired (dust is visible even to the naked eye, a blanket in the hair, a telephone receiver in greasy prints is not acceptable). Missing-robe, slippers, dental kit, split remote control. In the morning, when preparing breakfast, the smells from the dining room even reach the 4th floor, and not the most pleasant ones. The TV has 10 channels, of which 1 in Russian is the so-called cable TV. The TV itself is from the 90s, not LCD. The food is decent, the buffet is sandwiches, sausages, eggs, cereal, drinks. Pleased with the presence of WI-FI is the only entertainment in the hotel.

Advantages: The hotel is close to the center, you can move on foot without using the metro. This is a new city. Quiet cozy hotel, suitable for family vacations, and for a romantic. Nearby is a Tesco store in a 15-minute walk and exchangers. The hotel is located on Stepanska street / When leaving the hotel, you need to turn to the right, there is a small restaurant, but we didn’t eat there, get out in front of you park, by the way it’s great and in May everything is so green, then go to Karlovo names street, past novomestska radnice further along Spalena street and up to Narodni/ in principle it can be seen on the Google map. … More ▾ Advantages:

Near the hotel there is a park, not far from the bridge to the transition to Prague 5, also near Wenceslas Square with many shops. The Charles Bridge is a 30-40 minute walk, as well as the old town.
I liked the hotel, very cool, everything is clean, towels and sheets were changed every day, a pleasant smell, plumbing is all new) no matter how many times we were there, we were never disturbed by extraneous sounds and staff. It was paradoxical. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty, fruits, buns, sausages) muesli) I was delighted. And, even in the rooms there is shampoo, shower gel, soap and ivrosche, changed every day. The rooms are fully consistent with the photos of the holsterier, and the photos on the hotel website. We had a large bed in the room, a table with 2 chairs, a TV, a mini bar, a large table, a wardrobe, and a safe, how to use the safe (the description is in the room) The bathroom has heated floors) an electric towel dryer, a large mirror and a small one for girls ). So after long excursions it pleased.
At the reception, the girls speak Russian with an accent, but they can tell you some details, you can also take a map and numerous booklets with excursions downstairs from the reception, which can be ordered if desired. When we were there, a Russian family lived with us, a woman with 2 children, at 8 in the morning almost only Russians came for breakfast, at 10 Germans, there are a lot of them). But no one disturbed our holiday. Everyone was satisfied.

Disadvantages:
Not found.

Review:
The weather in May turned out to be rainy and cold, it rains every day, I did not regret that I took warm clothes and an umbrella with me.
I was pleased with the hotel, cozy, in the center, everything is nearby, we walked, but the metro is also nearby.
We bought at the Tesco store, there are also exchangers nearby (you can see it on the google map. There is a park next to the hotel, not far from the bridge to the passage to Prague 5, Wenceslas Square. The Charles Bridge is a 30-minute walk, as well as the old town.
We were preparing for the trip, we searched the Internet a lot, there are various reviews, and we can compare. We chose our routes, did not take excursions, because we ourselves visited those places that are interesting to us. Although it is better to take Excursions to some places, transfers from one city to another are needed.
We also got on the subway. We bought metro tickets, but it turns out that they must be punched at the top, there are posts, unfortunately, we thought that they should be down before the metro stop, well, having decided to take the metro to the zoo for the first time, we went down and we were seized by the police, we showed them the tickets, they pretended that they did not understand us and showed us the rules, in general we had to pay 700 crowns per person, it was very insulting to tears. And then the most offensive thing is that these police officers abruptly began to speak Russian. And they said that with this fine you can also drive for some time.
All tickets for all transport are valid on time, you buy 1 ticket, and it will be valid for you both in the metro, and in the tram, and on the bus. It was the saddest part of the whole trip.
Visit the zoo, it is huge, there are various animals, birds, even tropical conditions have been created in which you can visit. I really liked the giraffes. The peacock walked straight along the road. but for this excursion we have to leave the whole day because we spent just so much time there.
Old city. very beautiful architecture, there is also a cathedral, St. Vitus Cathedral, this is super millet) its architectural forms are stunning. In the old city, every building is a castle. A very good program for architects, architecture lovers, it is the most diverse and impressive here.
Well, in the center, you can go down Wenceslas Street and get into the street with a huge number of shops, shopaholics go there) There are large shopping centers where all these shops are clustered together. We wandered around there and bought various things, much cheaper than ours. By the way, on the square where excursions are collected there is one of these shopping centers.
There is a need in certain places, in the center, Yuma went to different establishments, but I would not say that I was delighted. The food is not great, the prices are too high, the beer is not tasty. Basically a rip off. We ate in Prague 5.
Everything is much cheaper in Prague 5!! ! ! there is a large mall and a cool Husa bar. there you can eat well for 200 rubles, they brought me a large plate of food, mashed potatoes. , chicken fillet, salad and beer) You can try different varieties of beer + this institution also has a disco. One zone is a bar) there are such high tables, and the other is a restaurant. The menu is in Russian.
It is called Potrefená Husa, we always went there to eat. From the hotel across the bridge, by metro to Prague 5.
On Victory Day in Prague, we got to the race of local residents, it was like a holiday. Very healthy. I will post photos, and in the evening there was a concert at the clock, only there were not enough people because of the rain.
We tried the windy knee, a very large piece of meat, at first we ate it with pleasure, but then we didn’t eat enough, and the meat began to turn us back from this.
Alcohol in Prague is cheap. It surprised. Especially in Tesco/
From food I also liked garlic.
And also, if you go from the antique city hotel to the moss, there is a dancing house, a masterpiece of architecture.

All in all, I enjoyed the trip. Compare our Russian mentality with the Czech one. Life is still different, the level is different, everything is clean, everything is great, everything is for people. I would stay there to live.
Take excursions, I really liked the excursions to the zoo.
